I knew the journey would take time, which is why I decided to use it for a while before reviewing. I encourage others to do the same as well! I have been using this app for about a year. Even though I still have trouble maintaining routines, I have been doing MUCH better with my productivity and mental health. This app helps you exercise patience in yourself. It doesn’t force you to do anything or make you feel bad if you fail to do something. It’ll encourage you to try again at YOUR pace. If the money makes anyone skeptical, I personally believe that this app is SO much more than some easy cash grab. The resources on here are plentiful and clearly full of love from the artists, developers, and researchers involved. Even though I don’t use all of the features all the time, I believe that my money is well spent if they go toward these lovely people, who work hard to put beautiful messages into inspiring visuals. Another thing I enjoy are the “circles”. The fabulous community are FULL of different people who are going through different things. I definitely encourage interacting with this feature and reading about other’s journeys, because you will not only see the successes but also the failures. Everyone is non-judgemental and encourages eachother to keep trying.

I love the fact that it starts you off with small, easily obtainable goals to get you in the habit of making positive changes. Each day, you find yourself wanting to continue the streak to “check off” your great work. It becomes a challenge you end up being so proud of yourself for.
The app is truly excellent! It is very aesthetically appealing and calming. However, it is too rigid and it does not let the user experiment with whatever they want to do. For example, this app makes it seem like drinking water first thing in the morning is the only way to achieve mindfulness. This app has great potential but it needs to be more varied in its approaches to mindfulness and wellness.
