This app does not work for me. I tried to cancel the account, so it said deactivate. I press deactivate and it says this does not guarantee that you canceled your account. I don’t want this. Don’t wanna pay for this and don’t know how to cancel it. Good luck guys.
Music playing in recorders background
I have purchased the lifetime subscription of this recorder 2 years ago… besides the beep sound after 15 seconds issue everything else was working fine for me and for my case. But as of yesterday, When I start the recorder, after 15 seconds, a loud music starts recording on the background that both I and the other person on the line can hear it. I contacted support’s email about this but it has been more than 24 hours and no one has gotten back to me yet. Stay away from this platform for now as it is not working at all until they fix this issue

Do not get this. When you merge the call to start recording, it plays theme music. You’re paying for something awful.

Zero stars
I have twice now written in and attempted to cancel before I was charged fully. It’s set up so that you can’t cancel it because it will automatically renew, even in the attempt at writing in well ahead of the period before you are charged. Now, they are trying to process an 8$ payment that has been made perfectly clear that I didn’t want to pay for this app, and it did zero good. It’s fraud, and I highly suggest you do not fall in this trap.
RIP OFF
Offered a 3 day Free Trial. I cancelled this within a few minutes of ordering as it was not the app I was looking for. They charged me for the full year and emailed days later , without checking offer, and did not refund $$ $53.00. I reported to Bank as FRAUD. Be aware of this company
Horrible. Too complicated to use
Not easy to use. To complicated and impossible to cancel once subscribed. When you try to get it to cancel you get a message that “it’s not necessarily cancelled when you delete the account”. Very poor confusing wording. Is it cancelled or isn’t it.
