Great Team Game but Glitchy ALOT lately!
I have been playing this game for a few years now. It is a really fun competitive game! If you like or did like playing team sports in your youth or now team games that your older then this is a great game for you, as it is my favorite part of the game!! Especially the team comrade & the competitiveness of the detective league. However,… more so NOW than ever before, the game has become glitchy even when it is updated to the latest versions available! The Junes Journey app I play solely on my iPhone both with cellular data & wi-fi usually I have them going at same time so it isn’t my connections…. But actually the game app that keeps kicking me out of the app all the time, or freezes up & then eventually kicks me out or says RELOAD having issues connecting to JJ’s servers…. The worst part is that it happens the most for me and my teammates during a competition or when playing a timed event that then causes you to lose your chance at the prize, ribbons, winning, or a better score!!! It is very frustrating!!! I really hope they can actually fix this or at least greatly improve it….. Not sure if it is server size on their side since it seems to be more of a problem now than in years past and the number of people playing and the significant increase in what the game offers in terms of events, comps, bushes, etc… also it would be great if wooga could also increase the energy opportunities similar to how they have done with diamonds ( although this could be increased more too as more is added to the game that causes you to spend more diamonds I.e. “badges” because the game )!! The game offers more comps , and more events, new investigations, secrets, and more in addition to DL’s (6weeks) that are going all year with only a two week break in between! Which I do love and appreciate all the DL’s often and new ways to play!!! I really do , thank you! However, it has really started to take a hit to both diamonds & ENERGY big time!! I had 36,000 energy in beginning of June and I’m at 16k now (4 months) playing moderately as my team plays all DLs & most comps but no ribbon requirement weekly nor or a very competitive team… And I attend every coffee time daily so constantly adding back energy but unfortunately even when participating in all opportunities to add energy aren’t coming close to how much energy is now needed for all the new changes/ additions in the game! Wooga- PLEASE PLEASE - fix the glitches and issues of getting kicked off the game! And please increase the amount of energy that we receive per coffee definitely as it has been 15 since I started game! And also from other opportunities when we get energy like the stars , puzzles, detective needed, four tube wheel, star boxes, boxes when playing scenes, and all other opps! Also from bushes would be good! I know wooga is a business and in business to make money and continuously increase profit! I understand that 100%, but in order to keep your customers happy and playing regularly please increase diamond and def. Energy opportunities in a comparable manner to the changes & additions to the game where energy is needed more directly or indirectly to play all that is provided! Thank you! Lastly, it feels like to actually win both memoirs you have to use a lot of diamonds now to buy packs in order to fulfill the last scenes and actually get a image that is not a deja vu ‘ or one you already have! And this is very noticeable for if I win a purple, pink, or colored pack towards the end of a memoir run they will all be duplicates unfortunately , but if I pay for them through diamonds or money for any color pack I’ll get at least one new one per paid pack! That is nice and expected but it should be the same for won packs too!
Game has been crashing after the last update
The game will stay open for a few minutes at a time then it’ll just close. Lost a lot of energy and since I’m playing Secrets, I won’t be getting to the end now. This seems to be a problem that’s only on iOS because it works on Android just fine. I know there was an iOS update and also a game update about the same time. None of the other apps have had problems so I have to believe this isn’t an iOS problem but a June’s Journey problem. Hope they fix this problem since it’s pretty much unplayable as it is.
Love the game but…..
…… all of a sudden it started closing after about 30 seconds of play time. Everything is updated on my device. No problems with other games or apps. It is just this game. Problem started a couple of days after June’s Journey 6th Anniversary started. Please fix this bug.

The game keeps kicking me out. I have the latest update. However, every 5 seconds the game drops. Very disappointing!

I’m ready to delete this game now when we collect the gems you put them in a safe and want us to pay to get after we won then you’d are nothing but con artist They said they had replied to my post but all they show is everyone’s that give good reviews Not gonna happen with me.from me you get a big fat ZERO!!!!!!!!!
Love the game, but
I am constantly being kicked off. The game loads and and stays on for about thirty seconds, then abruptly crashes. My device is fully updated, as well as the latest app update. This game worked just perfectly until a couple of weeks ago. Very frustrating!
My favorite game but I keep getting kicked off
I love playing but I can barely play anymore because of this issue. Every time I try to play I’m kicked off and sent back to my Home Screen of my phone. I’ve seen that other people have this issue too but nothing has been done about it. Please fix this!! Fix this game!!!!! Very frustrating I’m about to delete it!!
I’m so tired of this app crashing
This is my favorite game and I have loved it for years but lately all it does is crash and not let me advance. Constantly clearing my sofa Ari cache is not a reasonable solution. I find myself playing it less and less. Maybe someone else has a hidden objects game that is more robust???
Junes Journey
I’ve been playing this game a long time and have really enjoyed it. However recently it continually boots me off the game and sends me back to my Home Screen. Am unable to advance or complete games. Very frustrating as it didn’t used to do this. Please fix!!!!!!! All other apps/games work fine. It’s just this one. Very frustrating and takes all the fun out of the game.
App keeps crashing with advertising and now with any page
Sorry to escalate via this means however I can’t even report bugs in the JJ app Usually I would just lay down my iPad and go about my work but this is the time where it’s really important to play and I keep getting booted off and crashing so I can’t even play enough hidden object scenes to gather enough points to get the daily prizes etc. I’m trying really hard to play during the celebration to get all the wonderful things you want to give us and it’s not happening because it’s crashing crashing crashing. For the last few days it crashes during the advertising like when I’m nurturing the egg or trying to play with 10 instead of 15 energies. But a minute ago I was trying to escalate this issue and it crashed and in Get Help area. I have already missed two days worth of celebration goodies; HELP! make it quit crashing please. I have years II through V special decorations proudly and prominently displayed; I want to earn year VI and all the good stuff that is offered along the way -this is always the most fun special event! However so far I have been unable to earn any of the daily prizes offered for gameplay; I was able to receive the big package of “Celebration Kick Off” prizes you gave to email subscribers which was amazingly generous! I don’t use Facebook in any capacity so an alternative site for hints is requested. Also, I am incredibly busy for the next three days here in California so I won’t have the time to respond to requests for screenshots things like that. So busy in fact that June’s Journey was my only downtime activity until this Crash-O-Rama started happening. Thanks!
