I’ve tried several podcast apps and this is by far the best imo. Everything about it is straight forward and easy to use.
I like app itself, but it seems every “update” just causes more glitches. I can’t use it half the time. Frustrating.
Freezes and crashes often. Some episodes never play at all. I have several podcast apps and this is the only one that does that. I’ve had enough. Deleted.
You are the first podcast I listen too
Best podcast, the folks interviewed make me proud to live in this democracy,, their dedication and commitment to the rule of law is inspiring. Chuck Rosenburg is the kind of interviewer who gets the knack of when to push for more and when to just let them talk.
Love podcasts and all things podcasting. Have for some time. Apple’s native app — no news flash here — is imperfect, and I have long had an uneasy relationship with it. Just seems like a wonky, wrong-footed delivery from the usual tack-sharp Cupertino crew. And so... have tried (and mostly despised) a handful of other apps for podcasting; downloaded this one on a whim and am FAVORABLY IMPRESSED two hours in... with one small quibble. I will pay for quality (Spotify, Adobe, Economist, etc.) and am happy to reward developers for intelligent design. That said, I am already paid up on a premium trial. The banner ads disappeared (nice), yet a 5-second QuickBooks audio spot sounds every time I fire up an episode (BBC offerings thus far). Is this unavoidable. Yes, file under “First World Problems” but would love a response from the developers. Cheers! Looking forward to being a paying subscriber.
Keeps freezing up and just keeps loading!
Ads are minimal, in my experience they do not interrupt podcasts whatsoever. Easy to use interface, and I have always found what I’m look for
Here's a winning idea for a user–friendly app: on launch, show an undismissible page requiring a subscription. Deleting app.
