Problems
It’s a good app, like really well made, but unfortunately it’s not kept up with. I purchased the upgrade and I’m not able to access my closet on the website. It’s a shame because it’s a very good app, but it’s got some problems. Hope the developers can figure it out, as I put a lot of time and energy into putting my clothing into the database.
Good Closet App
I’ve tried a couple different closet apps and so far this is the best one I’ve tried. I’ve been using it consistently for about 5 years. Inputting items is fairly easy, and the automatic background remover works well.The statistics are really good; however, I wish there was a way to filter them by items unused or most used in the last month/year rather than the whole time you’ve had it. I also preferred the previous layout which made it easier to add looks directly to the calendar rather than having to go to the calendar and add outfits manually. The updates to the wardrobe colors works much better. I also wish the categories you could sort by and see statistics of were more customizable. It would be great if there were a way to add categories such as material or print, in addition to the standard brand, color, etc. The main issue I’ve had is that the data does not transfer between devices unless you have the premium subscription. So when I got a new phone, I had to start from scratch, which takes a very long time.
Like it but..
Use this app everyday, I really like it and its great to keep organize your wardrobe, but the sync stopped working and its a little frustrating that my closet is not updated and that all my closet items or outfits don't match my devices. :/
Sync doesn’t work
I like the way the app is laid out. I think I’ll enjoy using it. I started using it last night with my iPad. I wanted to sync it with my phone today, so I went into the app and paid the “pro” fee to be able to sync between devices. It still will not sync. Then I went to their website to read the help section and they imply this is a known issue. Why are they still charging you for syncing if they know it isn’t working? Shady. They even have a survey on their website about your experience with syncing, but the survey web link is broken. 🙄
everything was so good in this app until the recent update🥲🥲🥲
So first, let’s begin with the BEST feature that got removed. It was the feature that allows us to share posts. I loved being able to share my creations, and see other peoples creations, and it needs to be brought back asap!! Secondly, the feature that lets us go back on old posts and find where the clothing was from was such a necessity!!! Lastly, this is minor, but so so so good, it’s the feature that allowed users to see a variety of colors when they went to add an item to their closet. PLEASE bring these things back🥹🥹
Love this app but needs an archive feature
I love this app. I use it a lot for planning outfits especially when I’m travelling and lately have been using it to curate my closet. A couple features I’d love to see added are 1. And archive feature to archive clothing I want to keep in the app but not necessarily want to see and 2. A wider price range of direct-to-buy links for searched items based off of styles rather than brands. If that is available, to maybe also allow for users to add those links (similar to the very popular Like to Know It app).
Awful update…
can’t filter to section or color when building an outfit. takes so long and is so annoying now. much more difficult to use please please please fix, i cannot create / save new outfits and the calendar has disappeared
Don’t bother
I used this app for years and it was great, unfortunately the new update deleted half of my closet and reset it to the state it was in probably a year ago. I tried to reach out to support but their solution was for me to “update the app” which was the whole reason I lost half my closet in the first place. Now they won’t even reply to me. I’m not going to waste my time with this anymore, I’ll be finding a new more reliable app. Please do yourself a favor and download a different app.
After no updates for eons there was an update that removed functions
Love this app, but after taking some time away, I came back to organize for upcoming trip. In October 2022 everything was fine. Then… First off all my items were gone! Panic!! Data was still there, I pulled the screen down to refresh and everything repopulated. Thank goodness. In January 2023, the filter option gone. You have to sort through all items to find something. Ugh! The color palette is gone. Unable to specify what type of accessory, outerwear and top, etc. example: I added a scarf I got for Christmas. It just went to accessories not scarf sub category I had created. This company had not made any updates for years, all of a sudden they decide to update and at same time removed functionality. I hope they are reading these reviews so they can fix recent bugs that have been created.
All data disappeared on mobile ?
Where is all the images I uploaded? I can see most of them on the website, but not on mobile
