I have used this app for years now! I got it and used it with the free version at first. But then I loved it so much and used it enough I decided to pay the small fee! It’s awesome free or even better when you pay!! You can really track what you have been up to and how you feel. Helped me be able to communicate better with health professionals! <3

I have told my friends for years to track your mood in relationships. In one month, if you have more sad days then happy days, leave them!! I use this app every single day! I love it so much! I track who I’m with too which is very helpful for covid tracing.

Easy selection for mood tracking. You can also change the selections to see additional tags and trends in behavior or triggers. They have improved the tracking and reports, which helps me tremendously for monitoring my depression and anxiety.

I had a couple surgeries done over the last few years that have affected my emotional mood swings based on hormones, but I don’t have really any indicator to confirm if it’s hormone related or not, unless I want to keep going in for blood work… This app has helped me track when during the month to be aware of mood swings… And it’s now something I can share with my doctors because you can see how the days overlap. I also like to log memories on certain days and I’m a single mom and always on the run so being able to quickly add a log with my voice and have the app dictate my messages, is the best. Love this app!

This app is honestly so great. It has robust reporting capabilities that not only allows you to compare stats longitudinally so you can see long term trends and patterns, but also enables you to filter moods by activities so you can see correlation & causation. Even better, you can export your data and derive insights yourself. I’ve done this in excel to graph things out. Super insightful.
