The disappearing workout

I have been using the premium version of this app for over a year. I workout 7 days a week for at least 30 minutes. I use this app 3-4 times a week as a supplement to running and barre classes. Up until a few weeks ago I would have given this 5 stars. However, I updated to the latest version and am disappointed. My biggest beef is with the time of the workouts. When I start it will tell me that it is 25 minutes and 20 seconds. By the time I get to the cool down the time has decreased to 20 minutes. Even the 7 minute workouts decrease to 6 minutes. These are short workouts- losing 20% is not cool!! Where is the time going? Like I said I have used this for a year and this never happened until I updated! I track my workouts on my Apple Watch as well and the workouts are approximately 5 minutes shorter than they used to be. My two other minor issues are that it no longer gives a verbal cue when the interval is starting and it doesn’t give the 15 second time marker verbally anymore. I appreciate the verbal cues for the plank exercises where I am not staring at the TV. If these things would go back to how they were I would happily give a 5 star review. If they don’t get fixed I will be moving on to a new fitness app.

This is the only program that I have found that doesn’t make me feel like a fat pig and has workouts for EVERY level of fitness seekers. I tend to get very discouraged with different programs because the starting workouts are above my ability and are too hard. But this app can start EXACTLY where I need, and help me to improve from there at an amazing rate. I never feel inadequate with the programs on this app and I have Jillian and her team to thank for that. 10000/10 would recommend 👌🏼

Jillian is genius

I am a wife and mom of two sons-6years and 2 years old and have worked out with trainers and am a lifetime gym member.. I also own a salon and a Restaurant..Jillian’s app is super convenient.. I am sweating and eating foods that I completely enjoy while maintaining my responsibilities.. Thank you Apple for this platform to bring Jillian’s expertise at our fingertips and ever so discreetly..❤️❤️❤️

I keep trying to give this app a chance, and every time I am disappointed. I had to uninstall the app and now I can’t log back in. I submitted 3 requests for a password reset and have gotten no reply (and yes, I’ve checked my spam folder). This will be the last time I renew my subscription. *Update* I was able to get help logging back in, and I appreciate the response. I would like the ability to go back to the main menu after starting a workout; as it is currently, you can’t end a workout and go back to the menu. It would be nice if the interface was more similar to a DVD menu in that way.

Loving the new improved app

Been a customer for a while, I’ve been using since almost the beginning. It continues to improve all the time. So many wonderful workouts you are always able to keep it fresh, you will not get board. I love that you are adding the dvd workouts too. I don’t use the nutrition side of it much but I have seen some great recipes. My only complaint right now is I am not able to connect to my TV wirelessly.

Butt kicker

Thanks Jillian for all the guidance, fabulous workouts, and all the help with keeping this old bootie in shape. I’ve worked out my entire life, but at 58 it is a bit tougher staying strong and firm. I love the 25 minute workouts, and the slim 60 is my all time favorite. The combination of cardio and strength training is fabulous. I’m definitely stronger, and have lost 2.5” in my waist along with 13 pounds in the 7 months I’ve been using the program. It’s tough, and will challenge you, but I LOVE IT!!!

Jillian’s meals are perfect- easy to make and a little bit on the fancy side (which suits my lifestyle perfectly). Best fitness workout app

I like everything in this app. It is preferable to cater for more diet options. I’m on a keto diet and the diet meals don’t fit me. I know Jillian is not a big fan of the ketogenic diet, but it’s time to re-evaluate it and cater for the needs of the vast population following it. I would also like to have badges whenever I finish a program in the gauntlet program! I finished many programs in gauntlet but I won’t get the badge until I finish the whole program. I want to get motivated 😀
