No response for help, can’t text

Contacted 4-5 times to ask why I can receive text but not send text messages and can’t get anyone to help, hate leaving bad reviews but customer service is important, I guess next step would be to cancel service if they can’t help

Customer Service

I can’t get a hold of customer service and I’m trying to transfer my number. This is a huge problem when I’m running a business. Now I may have to revamp and remake all of my business cards along with all the money I’ve invested in my signs.

Lies about free trial

I agreed to try this for three days free and then be charge $6.99 a week. My card was charged immediately and when I disputed with Apple, they denied it still waiting for my refund because I’m not stopping the fight for it. Scam.

No support at all

App issues. Says you can choose a number but wants to charge you if you try. Only an email for supposed customer service that nobody bothers to respond to. The features were attractive but lack of service, weak execution and no clear directions.

I have tried some to 2nd number or Text now or .... but found this one easier and price worthy opposit simillar brand 2nd PHONE NUMBER with very limited choices and a bit expensivER ,lazier so I found THIS satisfying enough

SMS out and in

App used to work. I’ve hit up customer service and help for a month and nothing has been done to help me. I can’t text or receive text messages from this app. Canceling my sub.
