Ease of use is very important to me. I like that I can set my goals weekly and the reminders it give me. I opted from the full version so I can get the coaching. It’s motivating for me. Looking for to reaching my goal weight and improving myself overall.
On a whim I downloaded this app. Roughly 22 weeks now of eating differently and have trimmed up by going from the mid-180s to a pretty consistent 170. The discipline encouraged by the app programs has definitely helped me think about my eating routine differently and that has benefited me a lot.
I am just in my dirt day and ready to learn ‘how to’ get healthy for life.
I really love the way you can plan your own schedule or have like a pre-made schedule. A couple things I think could improve the app, I feel like people really like to personalize things like this, I feel like if I were allowed to add a picture, or customize my avatar that I would enjoy the app experience a little more. Also, I think it would be cool if you had like articles or blogs or something like a “learn about fasting while you fast” kind of section, because sometimes you get so bored and hungry while you’re fasting, I think it would be cool if you had stuff to do in the app. Anyway, just suggestions. I love everything else about this app!
I love this app, but for the past week it’s completely shut down. My subscription is active until July 12th (today is May 29th.) I’ve logged out and logged back in, deleted the app and re-downloaded, emailed in to support on Monday the 25th with no reply...I just want to get back to fasting with help of the coach! I did notice it had an update, which I installed, but the problem wasn’t fixed after.
So excited to start this new journey! Great app to guide you and teach you about fasting!
Keep up the great work guys! This is a pretty freakin useful app. Also the Facebook group? Amazing!! Have a couple of suggestions for you guys tho. 1. Is there a way to add more stats let say workout or health ones that can be extracted directly from the health apps or external devices like fitness watches? I would really like to know how my health data affect my IF plan. 2. Have you guys think in integrating with a couple of WiFi scale apps to get measurements data from them? Same goal from point one. I think it would be a nice extra feature. 3. Can you guys integrate the app with the Facebook group so comments and support could be access directly from the App? These are some of my ideas about this app. But overall great work.
Only 1 week in, but i like the variation and look forward to the results and the accountability so i don’t have to think about it.

I am new to fasting and this has been helpful. I am learning how to control my appetite and lose some weight. It is nice to know that I can do this. The first few weeks were difficult but still working on it. I plan on losing 55 pounds to get back to feeling great about me.
