Good app, wish us didn’t cost so much though
Easy helpful app
New to app but it seems to have all the bells and whistles to hit the ground running with intermittent fasting
The fasting was tough at first but if you keep water by you, it's not too bad! During my first 2 weeks of fasting i've lost 1-2 inches off my waist, thighs and hips. Also, i've incorporated some cycling for 20-25 mins 2-3 times a week! i love this app and it's helped me feel a lot healthier and more confident in myself with weight loss :-)
So far, do good. Have always been someone who could skip meals with no issues do this is pretty easy especially with a coach to help.

I love this app! It helps to keep me focused on my goals, I love the reminders of my fasting times and it’s flexible if you need to adjust your fasting period
