Im not at all feeling hungry the 1st half of the day after eating my dinner meal of Seaweed Salad and Salmon Kama last night at 6 pm!! From 8pm to noon with only black coffee , tea and lots of water! Im really liking my 1st day of Meal Fast! Cheers and much thanks Jolene Thompson
This app does absolutely nothing they claim you get a coach never will you hear from a coach received an email from a coach. This whole thing is a farce save your money.

This app sent me a notification and woke me up at 4:00 am on Sunday.
This app is very helpful with keeping track of fasting intervals when I don’t have time to focus on them - some fasting schedules vary day to day and this app is critical for that. I only gave it 4 stars because I think it’s a bit “busy” in some areas, the info can become overwhelming when you are just looking for tips, motivation, reasoning behind each fasting schedule. I like apps that take your hand and lead/motivate you as I don’t have time to think about it. I do know that even after 1-2 days I feel so much more energy just from not snacking after 8pm before bed. I realize my body is actually craving snacks because it’s tired… not hungry. Happy fasting!!!
