I used VPN in my iPhone since 2012. By far this VPN is the slowest VPN of all time. Very few locations to choose from. Either as a free or paid VPN, you are not good at all. Your UI is buggy and very confusing to use. Your network is so slow that my 7 years old daughter can not even watch good quality YouTube Videos, it always shows the loading icon. It also refuses to connect to your server all the time, sometimes it connects and sometimes I need to try 10 times to let it connects. Your Design also looks like old school UI, kind of Windows NT interface. McAfee is a great brand, please do not lose your brand value with this very poor quality VPN service. Please improve your network and upgrade your UI as well. I see you are advertising heaving everywhere. Please do not do that, instead of wasting money by advertising your poor quality app, invest that money in your product and VPN servers. Otherwise, you keep losing your long term fan like me. Hope this review helps you to make this app a better product
App stop working once it got updated on my iPhone. Also it is not allowing to login Not able to recover my five device connection Even the free version dnt connect anymore.
They sell the app, do not do the service and do not give the money back. Do not hire it. There are more than two months that I cannot access my paid subscription, due toma technical issue created by Mcafee after updating their app. Nobody solves the issue. They do not give my money back. It is a shame. I paid for a full year subscription. Now they have my money, but they do not give the service. Horrible experience. Support just say: we are working to solve the issue. Horrible!
This is complete garbage. I won’t stay connected, everything slow PAINFULLY slow! Topping it off it auto reconnects to network WITHOUT being secure... Even if you're phone is set to not connect. SO YOU'RE EXPOSING PRIVATE DATA WITHOUT KNOWING IT! Glad they stole $50 from me. This is on new XS Max and same GARBAGE on new and old iPad pro.......
I tried to sign up for a free seven-day trial and was charged for a year. The charge showing on my account history didn’t have an amount showing and had a different order number than the one in my email receipt, and I spent almost 40 minutes trying to get it cancelled and refunded in what should have been a five-minute call at most. I also was unaware that Safe Connect is only for iOS and Windows, excluding Mac OS, which totally defeats the purpose for multiple device coverage for Mac users. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a VPN service.
First I installed McAfee safe connect on my PC $7.99 a month for up to 5 devices. Downloaded the McAfee safe connect on my IPhone and used my user name and password I created for my PC everything worked great. The iPhone app updated and after the update the app wouldn't except my user name and password and was charged another $7.99 for the month on my iPhone. I now have it on my PC and Phone and I'm being charged 7.99 a month for each one. I'll be removing it from my phone after this review. After contacting McAfee customer service we got to the bottom of the problem and all is good so I changed my rating from 1 star to 5 star as I never had a problem with the product per se as it's easy to use and works as advertised.

I have unlimited access which I bought in September and was working on my iPhone but for some reason after the recent two application updates my subscription is not working. I have logged off and logged in multiple times and still the app asks me to upgrade to premium and asks for payment too.

This is a legit VPN I have T-Mobile mcafee mobile security premium that is a great thing T-Mobile offers but this VPN is the worst ever! It always disconnects every time my phone goes off the screen never ever stays connected even after being a previous user I canceled my subscription! Loose the APP!!!!
