So, I downloaded the app and bought the year subscription which resulted in a $105 withdrawal from my bank account. In the meantime I’m having difficulty linking the two phones and can’t reach anyone. I’m finally able to link the phones but when I select something it tells me I need to purchase a package. I’m not purchasing another $105 package. I either need my money back or the problem fixed.
Need a refund for subscription 49.99 ASAP. Thank you.
Do not get this app or sign up online with these people. Customer service is the worst. I signed up online to track my sons phone and after just one hour of signing up saw that it didn't work in tracking or did do the things it advertises so i request a cancellation. After a month of going back and forth my money was not refunded and now i am $170 out of pocket. Customer service is the worst at helping solve this and their response was always the same. That they could not refund but freeze the account. Ridiculous why would i want to freeze something i will not be able to use. Trust me don’t get this at all unless you want to just waste money you will never get back.
I downloaded this app so I can monitor my 11-year-old cell phone and after I downloaded it it asked me to pay $99 in order to get the full subscription so I did that I then downloaded it on my daughter cell phone and scan the QR code and it did not work the app from my end my phone was saying in order to unlock these features you must pay for the subscription which I had already done and then I would go to click to pay for it again and it would say oh you already have paid for this app no need to purchase it again it didn’t work this is a crappy app do not download itAnd do not pay for it I then tried to contact the number that is on the app and they told me they cannot help me because this is a mLite and not mspy That I can only contact Via email which I had already done and they told me to contact the phone number if reinstalling it and deleting it did not work which it did not work and when I was speaking to a representative I asked if they can just please cancel it and refund my money they told me know that I would need to call the App Store and I said well can you at least just try to help me get this app to work because I really wanted to utilize it for what you guys said it would do and he said nope you’ve got to call your App Store and hung up on me horrible customer service would not recommend them
Thought this was free didn’t see anywhere it was a subscription and got charged $50 on my 6 year olds phone ...if you’re going to charge you should make that the first thing people see..I just looked back and scrolled and can’t find anywhere for a $50 subscription absolutely ridiculous and deceptive way to cheat people out of money
I would never recommend this. It doesn’t work well, and I got rid of it immediately and it still charged my card so I had to remove my card.
Only gps tracking and contacts worked for 1 day. No call history or sms history. Waste of $99.99 that I paid.
Parents beware! This app sounds great and it works great during the trial version. I signed up for a three month renewal and just as soon as the trial ran out it told me that I had to renew services to continue using it. I called the tech support line and they sent me to billing who had me screenshot the email from when I paid. It took three days for someone to reply, and then it gave me instructions of how to get it to work. It did start working again. Then the next day I received another email thanking me for paying for a one year service plan. I am still trying to get this issue resolved.
