This new app is supposed to make it easier to do all the things you need to do. However, it is so difficult to navigate. If you want to pay a bill…I just started clicking a bunch of different options on the front page. I want to update my plan to include TV/DVR, but I am unable to do that and the message I got was to call customer service. No thank you. I always get someone who doesn’t understand English well enough to understand what I’m asking for.
Trying to get ahold of an actual person to communicate with is like nails on a chalkboard. After they ask you 3 separate times whether you unplugged and plugged back in your modem will they then connect you to some “live” person.
Had to download this ridiculous app to troubleshoot a problem that will not work long enough to troubleshoot… great job. Hours wasted and another useless app, thanks for absolutely nothing!!! Well that’s not true, you gave me a headache :/ All this so you could push a new modem or some other nonsense. If that’s the case, don’t waste either of our precious time!!!!
Can’t even allow credit card input How do you get paid?
Too many inconsistent information - devices connected that are not or vice versa (connected devices that show not connected); device details change so that you lose the device assignments (the limits you put in); etc. Forget about parental controls, info are too vague and not close to approximate.
The Xfinity assistant is nothing but a frustration. Does not answer the simplest questions. Don’t even waste your time
