This does not work for all states
Don’t waste your money if you’re from WI like me! I’m currently waiting to see if I get a refund. They should have a list of states where it is not legal BEFORE someone purchases it. What a joke!

This app is awful- it’s clunky and difficult to navigate. It’s easier just to go to the vet.

Not what I expected
My dog was having some issues and I really needed help in determining whether or not I should bring him to the vet. I thought I would purchase a one time telehealth visit through the platform first, maybe, to avoid a big bill. I had been waiting for 20 minutes and instead of going forward in the queue, it appeared I was going backward in the queue. So I notified customer service, and they informed me that there was a two-hour wait! That pretty much defeated the purpose of my visit. It is disappointing when apps advertise easy access and availability when that isn’t the case. Also, they don’t give refunds.

App Errors
The app kept me in a closed loop and charged me at least twice for a subscription or a visit before I figured out t9 log in through the website. I had to fill out my dog”s profile three times. It was very frustrating. I want the overcharges refunded. The fee to see the vet you can keep, but I want the overcharges reversed please.
Awful delivery updates and shipping
I thought Fuzzy would be a good alternative to going to the vet and getting my dog’s prescription delivered to me in a timely manner. But I’ve waited for over a week after my order was approved, and it hasn’t even shipped yet. I had to reach out and ask for myself. They didn’t provide a delivery delay notification or anything like that. Consider this when buying time sensitive things through their Rx store. You might be better off just going to a physical store
