I only used this app to have the free vet chat option. It was helpful for a new pet parent, like me, to know what’s serious enough to require a vet visit, what’s probably fine but needs to be watched, and what’s perfectly normal. But, without any notice, the app now is charging a ridiculously priced ($17!!!) monthly subscription for this service! Their description doesn’t even make that clear. Don’t bother. Use Google and/or call an emergency vets for advice for free.
This app appears to connect you with Telehealth vets, but those vets cannot prescribe meds for even simple conditions. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.
I have a very rambunctious corgi puppy and he has gotten into a lot of things/ done a lot. I love that I can just reach out to fuzzy 24/7 to calm my nerves and take the right course of action. They know all the right places and people and always follow up. I am so appreciative of this app and their super friendly vets/helpers. Couldn’t have done puppy parenting stress free without these guys!
This app used to offer chats for free and I was a hooked customer since. It genuinely made me happy to know that I could ask questions about my pets to people without having to subscribe monthly. Like everything, I should’ve known it was too good to be true. Got on the app after I hadn’t used it for a while and suddenly I had to pay to talk to someone. Started to make me think, maybe the money got too tempting to them and the true love for animals was not enough to be a free service to those in need of advice. Ridiculous.
They take your money then tell you they can’t help and you need to see someone else anyway. What’s the point?
My vets office has been extremely busy so to avoid calling them I came here after seeing it was a “totally free” service. Other reviews talk abput it being free. After I signed up I couldn’t go any farther without paying $10 for the month or $60 for the year. Would have appreciated that information before I gave them all my info.
App is confusing to navigate and can’t edit if you accidentally put wrong info in. Tried to sync medical records with app three times and nothing. A for effort. Would be cool if functioned well.
The vet support reps are amazing! They are so helpful in telling me when to be concerned about my dog Carson and when to keep monitoring him. I appreciate their help and kindness so much. They are always available 24/7 and you’re connected to a veterinary nurse within about 30 seconds. I would have wasted hundreds of dollars running Carson to the vet a zillion times when I could just talk with them and get advice and information. I haven’t used any of the other features but the chat with a vet nurse is worth every penny!
The app has great intentions but my personal experience has been nothing but disappointing. I signed up to ask questions about food allergies in cats. I barely got those questions answered. The health team seems more interested in selling Effipro and Capstar subscriptions, with one of them completely ignoring me when I said I haven’t seen any signs of fleas—they were saying I should buy Capstar in case I see even more fleas!
This app was so helpful when my dog Tycho got bitten by another dog. I could message licensed professionals for there advice. The issue was I couldn't leave the app without having to gothrough the conversation prompt with my vet in order to pick up where we left off.
