This app was once ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, but unfortunately they’ve changed too many features I personally did not want. The app forces other habits down my throat and all I want out of the app is fasting tracking. The start stop of the fasting has become confusing enough that it’s frustrating. And it used to be beautifully simple to understand and navigate. I can no longer see my fasting history at a glance as the app now prioritizes just the “achievement” of completing the goal. So the month view gives very little value at a high level. The content was a cool idea, but it’s so limited that it hardly justifies paying for the app. I have been a subscriber to the app for several years and no longer feel good about the purchase and have discontinued and will explore other options in the category. It’s a darn shame 😔
Both my husband and I have this app. He has an android, and I have an iPhone. He gets extra notifications, telling him when his body is in burning fat mode and when it’s hitting. I have searched my notifications, and these are not options in the iPhone app. This is very disappointing as we are both new to intermittent fasting and this information would be very helpful. I’m currently looking for a different app notably neither of us pay the subscription. We are using the free version, but I still don’t understand why he has this added notification and I don’t.

Told me to lick salt to get rid of food cravings. Seems to promote starving yourself, includes a 3 day fast and says not to do it more then twice a week
I can not log anything in my history(weight, calories, activities, etc.)
This is the easiest way to loose weight and get off your meds I have tried.

Irritating to edit fasting times. Good articles. Not worth the money.
This app is easy to navigate. The problem is I’ve fasted 12 and 16 hours, over the last 5 days. I dropped a couple of pounds at first, but have gained them back. I’m very upset. I had high hopes bc I have fasted in the past (on my own) with great results. SMH :(
