Not everyone who does intermittent fasting follows the ketogenic lifestyle. Most of the articles focus on keto, which is annoying and unhelpful when you subscribe to a different style of eating.
I love this app helps me keep a healthy daily diet
Until 2 days ago this was a good app to keep track of your fasting hours, but since two days ago I can no longer start my timer, when I go to press “Start 16h timer” it brings me to “change fast goal” and options to change my current fasting tracker, and no matter what I do I can’t ever get it to let me start my timer. Very frustrating.
I can’t even open my profile page without getting the spinning wheel of death. Please fix quality of the app
Still learning this app and still learning how to fast but really like the way the app adjusts my fasting stages as I add my biometrics. Very nice!! Would like to be able to have a journal during my eating window like I have when I’m fasting so I can keep track of how I’m feeling 30 min to an hour after I eat.

This app is okay to get you started in a practice of IF. But it’s not of much help beyond that as it doesn’t provide any meaningful feedback. It’s a timer and that’s about it.
Last year I used this everyday and did 16:8 and lost about 30 pounds (175 to 145) but I gained back 15 cause I stopped 😭but I’m going to start again
I think I must not be aware of what the Zero app’s possibilities are. It isn’t exactly what I hoped for. So much says I need to order Zero Plus and I can’t afford it. So I am a bit disappointed.
I am so happy for two days now , it seems like a dream come true that I can fast for 26 hours. Now I know that with this my problem will be solved.
