I was recommend this app by my workout instructor. It is great - I thought I was getting productive hours of sleep, but I would always feel tired. After seeing it broken down with this app it will help me correct my sleep schedule and do better.

This is a fabulous feedback tool. I was unsure I was getting 3 hours of deep sleep and this app has educated me on my sleep patterns . And yes I get 3 hours deep a night! There is a learning curve for ALL this app offers but have fun in this treasure chest of info and improved sleep.
This apps was good before but currently not detecting correctly ,I used SleepWatch to compare and SleepWatch detected well and this apps said I slept 30 min where I slept more than 10 hours .west of money using this apps .
Really great app! Love that it lets me get a whole view of my sleep, and helps me keep a schedule. I have seen a big improvement in my sleep after knowing what changes to make.
I am a senior citizen & I use this app to monitor the quality of my sleep. AutoSleep gives so much information concerning my sleep and shows periods of deep sleep, light, etc. There is scientific information provided to educate the user as well. I highly recommend AutoSleep.
This has always been a great gauge of how much sleep I was getting - until the October 2019 update 6.0. Now it’s saying I’m awake most of the night, even though I’m not (I use another app for comparison). I’m sure this is some issue with algorithms, but it makes me so sad not to have AutoSleep to rely on anymore. It used to be more accurate than the other app. Hope this starts working again. I’ve done the calibration thing, so I just have to wait and see...

Finding out all kinds of interesting information about my sleep habits. Setup was very easy and has lots of descriptions and help. No issues so far just works.
