Automatically track your sleep from your Apple Watch*. No buttons to press. Even the Watch app is optional! Just sleep! Total Privacy. ------------- AutoSleep has no user analytics tracking. No advertising plugins. No 3rd party code. No data upload. Ask your "free" sleep app if they can say the same. About AutoSleep ----------------- Using Advanced Heuristics AutoSleep works out how long you've slept so you don't have to. If you DO wear your Watch to bed, you don't need to do a single thing. AutoSleep will track your sleep & quality and send you a notification in the morning. Even if you don't wear your Watch to bed, AutoSleep can track your time in bed. It's extremely simple. If you DON'T wear your Watch to bed, then simply take your Watch off before you go to sleep. As soon as you touch your iPhone or put your Watch back on in the morning then AutoSleep will know that you have finished sleeping. As everyone is a little bit different. AutoSleep provides a simple setup wizard and an option to tweak if you are a very restless sleeper. If you wear your Apple Watch to bed*, AutoSleep will also analyse your sleep quality. By using time asleep, restlessness, time awake and heart rate it can score the quality of your sleep and provide you with a comprehensive nightly analysis. *Note. If you do not wear your Watch to bed, AutoSleep simply captures the amount of time sleeping. AutoSleep also works with HeartWatch our premier heart & activity monitoring app and writes your Sleep information to Apple Health. *Requires Apple Watch running Watch OS 4 or higher. WatchOS 5 recommended.
I’ve been using this app for about 5 months now and it is always accurate. Would highly recommend.
This is a really good app a real labor of love by the developer I use it everyday and I will continue to do so
I got rid of my Apple Watch Series 1, because I couldn’t track my sleep. I’m an ex-military man, with sleep apnea and likes to check myself. I got the Apple Watch Series 3, because I’d learned there was this app that would track your sleep (like the FitBit; I’d recently purchased). I’m so happy to be back with Apple, because of this app.
i really really really enjoy this. as someone who get migraines, not getting enough sleep can be a trigger for those. so, this app really helps me track me sleep. i used to have a fitbit, and never understood what the graphs meant (there wasnt good explications). but this app walks you through what everything’s means. so your never confused!!
When you consider the time we spend sleeping, monitoring our sleep health gives us a more complete health picture. This is the missing app (link), and although I dig the iPhone version’s detail, the watchOS version exceeds expectations. The use of rings situates the app in the Apple universe so much so that it could be mistaken for a watchOS feature. I don’t write many reviews, just tap the stars, but this app gets 5 stars and accolades.
It’s great to be able to track sleep as an Apple Watch wearer! This works pretty well and helps with my overall fitness focus to track how much and how well I’m sleeping. Very good.
The app has great promise. But I found the UI incredibly frustrating.
I struggle with insomnia so I’ve been looking for an app to accurately track my sleep. This app is wildly accurate, down to midnight trips to the bathroom. It have been invaluable for me to be able to deliver actual data to my physician to help adjust my treatment based on what my sleep patterns look like. Highly recommend.
As an Apple Watch fan I thought I’d have to put on my Fitbit to track sleep (or lack thereof) as a new mom of 3 just back to work and then I found this app. This is easy to pair with heart health on the Apple Watch and works really well. It provides so much data that can be used to monitor and improve sleep too. I recommend this app to anyone with an Apple Watch who wants to track their sleep patterns
