I have a disability. Monitoring sleep accurately is a key part of my care and well-being. This app is a meaningful enabling tool because I be so much mote strategic about catching up on sleep, maintaining a sleep bank, and recognizing when there is a deficit.
Massive amount of stats on here, all very detailed. Pretty much set it and leave it, and the updates take advantage of all the features added to your Apple Watch.
I check my sleep history from the previous night every morning when I’m having my first cup of coffee. It helps me to understand how to improve my sleep patterns and I’m now sleeping longer and better than I ever did at any time in my adult life.
I’ve used this app for several years. It gives detailed feedback on sleep quality. Sleep is so important to our overall health and sometimes I don’t fully realize that I am not getting enough. When I am grumpy or just don’t feel right I often find that I have been neglecting good sleep hygiene. Of course I already know that on some level but having data right there is the confirmation I need to get back on track. The charts and graphs are easy to read and I like looking back over several days to see trends.
Works side by side with my CPAP data. Just as accurate as the medical machine. Highly recommend. Great for sleep trend info. Also just fun to see how you slept.
I love that it seamlessly integrated with my iPhone. I am so impressed with the quality of the Application AND my Quardio Blood Pressure Arm monitor, that I purchased the Quardio Smart Scale which as expect Paired seamlessly with both my iPhone, iWatch Ultra and iPad Pro.
I absolutely enjoy every night and is always amazed at how well it tracks the time I fell asleep.
Each morning, the first thing I do is grab my phone and check my AutoSleep results. I depend on this App to let me know what kind of day I’m going to have - LOL! It’s also very satisfying when I see all of my rings green and even blue :) Or, when I’m having a streak of poor sleep nights, I make an effort to get to bed earlier.
