I’m so grateful for this phone line. It allows me to have a direct line with my clients, quick text communication, and gives me boundaries so that my personal time is mine.

Easy. Calls, texts work perfectly.
I love SmartLine; so why only 3 stars? There is no way to respond to messages from my laptop. None. Every other 2nd line app can send and receive texts on the phone and online. Trying to send lengthy (or repetitive) texts, quotes, directions, etc would be so much easier from a desktop/laptop.
GoDaddy please fix all the issues with the app. Specially in the login process
I’ve been using this app for about 2 years now. When I first got the app, I had no issues. Lately, my messages don’t go through, my calls are silenced, & lots of other bug issues. I’m really disappointed because I use this app as business line & when I can’t send message or have a issue receiving calls, that’s heavily affects my business. Especially paying for a monthly subscription on a app that keeps having issues! Please fix bugs & get the app back working properly!!! Huge inconvenience to my business!
Worst app ever for a 2nd number. There is lots of others that works much better with better costumer seevice and cost 1/10 less than Smartline. I constantly have issues of texts never being delivered, and you will never find out unless you open the conversation. Today I simply had No tect message being delivered, all of them had errors. I also have huge issue with receiving phone calls. I had a client that tried to contact me because she could not find my business location and I never received her call. When I finally saw her, she was sitting in front of me trying to make the phone calls and I would never receive the calls on my phone. I had several issues over and over with texts and phone calls, it is simply useless, it is really bad for me not being able to contact my clients, totally lose the point of having a business phone number. I tried today again to contact Godaddy regarding the phone number errors and I was never able to reach them.
I've had this app for about 2 yrs and have just been kind of stomaching through it out of concern that the amount of confusion it may cause by canceling will be a bigger headache than just using it. But now that I've missed getting an important message over, enough is enough. Was on wi-fi so not interested in the explanation that I probably had poor service. For 5 straight min every time I went to send a message it said "message failed." Utter ridiculousness! I mean seriously I put up with the notifications not working for the past 16 mos. Even if I have no idea texts are coming in I'd at least like to be able to send messages, especially in a situation like now when money is on the line. I only wish I had just purchased a 2nd line for my business. As my father always said, "cutting corners always cost twice as much in the long run." Highly frustrated. Get it together SmartLine!
There’s always something wrong with this app. Don’t ever try logging out and back in. It’ll take forever to get back in. Customer service is horrible if you can get through.
