Slider Doesn’t Work

When trying to watch the replay of a race using an iPad with iOS 16.3 the slider at the bottom of the screen does not work so you can’t advance or go backwards in the replay. The 10 second forwarding 10 seconds back buttons work fine, but the slider doesn’t. Tech-support says they realize it’s sensitive, but in reality it doesn’t work. When watching on an iPhone, the app works fine in this regard.

Completely unacceptable

This level of development and performance wouldn’t be acceptable for a free app, let alone one we have to pay a significant amount of money to meaningfully use. Fix your app.. please?

Terrible experiencia

Muy mal para Carmelo Espeleta. Mucho quejarse de que están perdiendo público y no nos lo ponen nada fácil para el público. Encima de que el precio por la subscription es casi el doble que F1 no hay forma de poder hacer el pago con tarjeta de forma sencilla. Cada año tengo el mismo problema y todavía no lo han podido arreglar. Una lástima para la marca MotoGP por que el espectáculo que brindan es el mejor de el mundo pero parece que la organización no está interesada en llegar a el público alrededor de el Mundo

Dorna is idiotic for not fixing their app. Buggy, bad navigation, freezes; I’ve already had to quit and restart 3 times and the season just started. Pathetic. Unfortunately, if you want to watch all MotoGP events and you live in the US, this is your only option.

As cr@p as it goes

Update 03/17/2023: I got the usual developer’s response “please contact our customer service….” With link to the “contact us” that so far never bothered to reply. If developers really read reviews they would know what the problem is. The same login working on the web does not work with the app. Regardless this app is amazingly bad. Update 03/12/2023 Still cr@p. Login does not work. It’s a mystery how this app can be on the app store. Please remove it. ———- “Something went wrong” or any other lame message 9/10 times when trying to watch a video. This is a huge rip off. Amazing. Besides, the app design itself looks like something from 15 years ago. Now even worse: “ package not available in your region” 10/10. I paid full subscription for this. Dorna are either a bunch of idiots or a scam organization. Most likely both.

If you pay they are happy. Not an app that is focused on delighting users. Should be removed from app store.

Buggy

Constantly crashes and prompts you to login again. Login, start video, app hangs then crashes. Reopen, logout, login, try again. Do this a few times and you might be able to watch the race you paid for.

Terrible way to watch the best racing

I’m so sick of this app. Halting video, double audio and just freezing up during live session. Ridiculous pricing , especially if compared to F1. F1 app works great by the way. The technical problems don’t stop there. Currently I’m shut out on a race weekend because they decided users needed to change their password, but the link they provide to do so freezes and does not work. What a mess.

Overpriced Garbage

One would think that after shelling out megabucks for something like this it would be smooth and intuitive. Nope. Who exactly thinks that the sports fan base is in this elite strata of spending? Have they ever thought of widening their fan base and going for volume profits instead of luxury brand profiteering? The sport is dwindling with the exit of Rossi and now Suzuki’s departure. Needs a total overhaul and a lower price point.

Lost my subscription, lost me as a customer

No way to contact Dorna in the app. Races not compelling, bikes more important than racers. This has helped me care less about motogp than Moto-e. Smooth move Dorna.
