Says free app but before you can even open that app you have to agree to 3 days free then $39.99 a year I can’t even see if I like the app first
I downloaded the app three days ago on my iPhone 12 it keeps crashing. I love the receipts but I can’t get past the subscription information. The crash says there was a device error.
Scam app. Never ending subscription scam. Don’t even waste your time. I can’t believe this app has 4.7 stars... yet if you read through the reviews they are mostly negative!
I paid for one year and after a few months it didn’t recognize me so I had no access to my account. I had to buy another year after my expiration date. I have no idea to get a hold of customer service
I don’t really know how, but never agreed to pay for this, or it was done deceivingly. I need a refund please. This has never happened to me with other apps.
After purchasing a subscription- can’t view the content , it’s asking for make a purchase again even though I made a payment already.
Has a few good recipes, but pretty bad the way it defaults to a year subscription purchase after the trial. For all that money, it does not even work on iPad or able to be shared with family purchases. Not worth what you get for the price.
I tried the apps and forgot to delete it from my iPhone. 3 days later I found that the subscription became effective even if there’s no message to alert me. I want to get my money back but no support to contact. Very very bad application. Probably professional thieves
I like some of the recipes. What it lacks is, no nutritional summary outside of the range of calories. No way to rate a recipe or write a review. There are barely any side options for a whole meal. Wish I could get my money back for the long subscription I purchased.
Let me start off by saying I wanted to really like this app. I tried a couple of the recipes during the trial period and loved them. My issue started immediately after I paid the 39.99 yearly subscription. The app locked up saying I needed to pay another 39.99. When I to to iTunes is saying I’ve already paid for the subscription. However the app is saying my phone can’t connect to my Apple account which is false.I chose the link for customer support only to find a document telling me what’s being done with my data and my privacy. At the very bottom of the document is an email address for support so I copied that and sent the letter. However when I click send I was informed that the email address is invalid. So I am beyond displeased right now and I would like a refund immediately.
