Keep getting charged with no answer when emailing about the problem. Didn’t even use the app.
There should be a free option for this back because I only send fax very rarely android is much better in this perspective
I signed up for the three day trial as soon as I signed up for the three day trial they immediately charged me six dollars when I tried to cancel there’s no way to get a hold of them without sending an email God only knows when I’m gonna hear back from them
$6.50 a week with the only way to cancel being in the settings, not in the app itself. The subscription screen for the app crashes whenever it’s opened. The app also doesn’t tell you that you’ve created a subscription until it shows up on your checking account.
One week free, no I was charged after 4 days. It was very easy to use, but their billing practices stink. App is not tat good

I didn’t need to keep the app — just used the free trial. I clicked on “Contact Us” within the app and told them I wanted to cancel my subscription/auto-renewal, and they emailed detailed instructions on how to do that within minutes. The fax service worked well, too — I needed to fax a pdf to my doctor while I was at the appointment, and it was delivered immediately.
Very unreliable... I would not recommend this app. I attempted about 5 times to fax the same time sensitive document (locally) and it failed repeatedly.
I tried to delete this app numerous times and they keep billing me for the last four months it is horrible they are billing me twice a month
