I have no problem with the product but the falsely advertised monthly fee has me irate. Despite what appeared on the website I was charged for the entire year instead of 1 month. When I contacted customer service with the mistake they informed me they have discontinued the monthly service. They refuse to give me a refund. False advertising. The product does not match the fraudulent billing practices. Still waiting for a response.
Unfortunately the one racing series I do watch has been locked behind this subscription service. Since I HAVE to pay for a year at a time for this I feel like the app needs a few things. 1. Allow users to bookmark certain events 2. Create a notification system for events when they go live. 3. How about a live chat so fans can discuss the events?
And I can’t switch to another app and have FloSports play in the background. 13 a month for that???
Got it for the giro and while the content is great the lack of consistency being able to auto resume is terrible. Think YouTube, being able to pick up watching a video where you left off, irregardless of platform. Not the case with the flo apps on iPhone, iPad and atv4k.
Leads you to believe you are getting billed monthly and boom it’s $150 and a year subscription.
Great views of lots of things. We got it to watch the Giro but when we want to watch more things we get “not available in your area” we’re in Oregon, not the Congo. Don’t know about renewing, we’ll see how many more things are censored.
Although, they advertise that the service is $12.50 per month, there is no monthly billing plan. So, make sure you’re ready to commit to a year for $164 after tax before you sign up. You can cancel, but that doesn’t mean you’ll get your money back. They should just advertise that it’s 41 cents per day and you can “cancel anytime”, but then when you sign up you’re unknowingly committed to 10 years for $1500!
Don’t be misled by the cost - they say what the monthly fee is, but will charge the entire year. Canceled my subscription right away and have no offer of a refund - Tried calling them and they are NOT answering phones, sent email and had an automated response of, we are busy but you could hear back from us in 72 hours...complete TRASH!!!
UI is very unintuitive. Difficult to navigate and find Live events and replays which is the only reason I use the app.
Another unhappy customer. After (unwisely) paying for the annual subscription, to watch some cycling events I found out too late how bad this app is. The “live” stream only streams content from the day before or random content from last year. This is after looping through a commercial 3 times. Also, one of the cycling events displayed in the app front page is now apparently not available to stream in my country. Talk about false advertisement. Finally, the app is confusing to navigate. To get to actual race footage, you have to wade through videos of race parties, rider interviews, etc.
