This app is awful. After paying 2.5x what I pay for other services to access content the stream hangs every few minutes when they try to play an addition split screen ad. I have to skip 1-2 mins of content to get past this point miss some of the game. The controls are poor making it hard to fast forward and rewind thus making it hard to restart and find the right point. I have yet to watch a single game from start to finish without an issue. I also cannot find a phone number or email to leave feedback. They must know it will be terrible and are hiding. I prefer not pay for content an not use YouTube but since this service is so useless I am forced to. A complete total and utter disappointment. I wish I could give negative star ratings. Save yourself hours of frustration and skip this service entirely.
This app is trash! There are so many glitches from loss of sound to loss of video etc… Then theres the adds. I got this app for one reason, to watch international rugby. They have a habit of flashing the same stupid pizza add right as my team is about to score. This has happened on multiple occasions! If you gonna charge people a $150 dollars and then smother them with adds then you just plain greedy!
Feed dropped 2/3 of the way into international rugby game. This is an amateur company w/ no thought for customer experience or value.
We have subscriptions to all the major sports apps- from ESPN, NBC, CBS- and Flo is by far the worst. Quality is very poor- the stream jumps/ stop starts. We are trying to watch European rugby and they keep cutting the pre-match coverage off with ads. Even when you get it up and running the stream repeatedly stops for no reason. The quality is very poor… blurred footage. Doesn’t happen with any of our other sports streams. We have tried contacting them on these issues: No response from Flo Customer Support, which is non- existent. It’s also horrendously over priced. Needless to say we will be cancelling.
This app advertises pricing as 12.50/month or 150/year. I can afford a month I can not afford the year. I ordered believing I ordered one month and they billed me $150. I’ve looked to cancel within 3 days once I saw the charge on my credit card. They also state cancel anytime, but now they have canceled my subscription next year still billing me the $150 for the year when I wanted one month. Oh and here’s the salt in the wound the rugby we wanted to watch is buffering constantly and it my only app that buffers at all. So it’s crap on top of it all!
Please let me know how to get a refund. The streaming is not working for the one team I bought this for.
(Foreword* I’ve got great internet, and few devices on it.) The service in itself is disappointing. The streaming is terrible, the formatting is bad, and the subscription is sketchy. They advertise a monthly rate, and then automatically charge you for a year. So once you’re in you’re in. I downloaded the app to watch grappling, and I literally cannot stream replays. Generally I can only watch what is live in that moment, and that the service is already previewing. And on the occasion where I manage to load into a replay, the quality is low. In addition, the formatting for any material that’s not live is not well organized. Trying to traverse through the menu in itself can be a pain. This is the same for any device I’ve had the app on. Both my TV and my iPhone. And unfortunately I’m not aware of any other competitors to this app/company, otherwise I’d mention them as an alternative.
No contact number for any services. I didn’t find a contact email either. They offer a 20% discount that seems to not apply. An annual subscription can’t be prorated after realizing this company and their practices smell funny. I canceled my subscription and hopefully people see and read all these reviews on FloRacing.
Im not a review person, but after this experience with FloSports, I feel like I absolutely have to speak up to prevent others from going through such a frustrating experience. We got FloSports to watch a racing event before we actually attended. They advertise at signup ($12.50/month, cancel at anytime, total cost over a year is $150), AKA they’re just gonna charge you for a year upfront. There is no free trial period & I am currently trying to get my money back because the streaming service itself is SUBPAR at best. The business does not list a customer service phone number on their website & TBH I doubt they even have one. They don’t respond to the Customer Support form you fill out & I literally had to go to their Twitter account to find their actual email address. The customer service literally runs circles when it comes to their responses. It’s like they’d rather die than give you your money back. There are hundreds of companions on BBB about this same issue! They even have a link that states “price more than expected” that offers you a discount on their yearly plan… so obviously they deal with this a lot. Idk if I can update this review once I get an actual resolution, but if I can I definitely will. May have to try disputing with my card company.
Use to work ok, lately it’s been a nightmare
