So I dropped my phone while trying to put my password in and when I picked it back up I have a notification on my screen saying that due to “shaking the bear” I send you a diagnostic log. WTH Im thinking twice about my bear. 💔💔💔
Update: no I will NOT reach out your customer support was useless the last two times I tried to use it. --- Original review: This happens EVERY TIME I go to add a device. It says my information doesn’t match. That’s untrue. My password is too ridiculous to forget and my key has been the same for years now. I have it memorized. Frustrated that I can’t use this on my older device, just reset it so I can add music to Tidal. :| y’all pushing me to use the built in system. Sick of the disruption on my desktop too. Annoying how many issues there are considering the costs of this service...
So it has all my passwords. Does what it does. The best part is when you login or get an achievement you get a cute animation. Just download it’s so amazingly good.
I’ve tried them all. LastPass, Keeeper, Bitwarden, 1Password...the list goes on. The search for the best password manager ends here with Remebear. It works flawlessly plus the user interface is simple as a pleasure to use. Favorite feature is the Safari extension. Auto login makes login a breeze. Best part: Couple with TunnelBear VPN and save.
This is an excellent password manager. I’ve had to talk to customer service a few times over the past year and I can say they are responsive and helpful. I love the built in 2FA generator and the extra field where I can paste the 2FA backup codes for various services. Perhaps the biggest room for improvement would be secure file storage. It would be great to secure some documents and passport info, etc. There are other ways to do this but having it all in one place would be great. All in all, this is a great app. I’ve renewed yearly already and plan to do so again next year. PS: Please consider multi-year renewals.
I own and depend on TunnelBear, and really wanted to love Remembear. But the prospect of hand-entering all my passwords, etc., was daunting. No help from the app. I’d even be willing to have it pop up and offer to save, as I log in to all of them. But having to go through my list, find the URLs, and hand fill out forms for each site was ultimately too onerous. I’ll keep an eye out for future updates!
I used this app for everything, it was amazing....went to log into my bank account today and ALL OF MY PASSWORDS ARE GONE. Looks like I’m resetting passwords to...everything today. Bummer.
This app works so easily across all my devices. I love it!
As the title says the app is great and convenient in accessing passwords and making sure you won’t lose them, but the problem is that I forgot my master password therefore I can’t access all of my other passwords. I can use touch ID, but I can’t go on this app and access my account from a different device. Unlike other apps I don’t have an option “forgot password “ where I’d dial in all the info including my email and change my master password.
This app is so much more easy to use than 1Password, and I would pay for it in a moment, except there is no Mac OS version. I really need to coordinate with a computer as well as iOS devices. If you make a Mac OS version, I’ll gladly pay extra.
