Terrible, doesn’t give kids privacy AT ALL
Don’t pay for this app. It is a waste of money and the customer service is absolutely terrible. This app also gives age rating for websites and they are embarrassingly inaccurate, like for example, it rates tiktok as 18+ and the same for YouTube because of “high adult content” which is hilariously false. Also the text viewing does not work at all.
Absolutely trash
We paid $200 for an app that is supposed to allow you to see texts and pictures sent on your kid’s phone to make sure they’re not making dumb decisions.. this app takes forever to update the information and when you get the info, it’s partial.. DO NOT pay money for this service.
This app is no good!!
I can’t even download the app or even get it to work! How can there be no number to call for support! You can only email for support, which is very frustrating especially when you’re waiting for days for someone to contact you and that’s if you’re lucky. I would definitely be asking for a full refund!
Doesn’t recognize devices
I tried to setup my child’s ipad, but I couldn’t. I kept getting an error message that said i was trying to setup a computer, and to get on sn ipad, which is what I was using. The search for the right app continues.
Set up is terrible
Don’t waste your time. Fought this over an hour and finally cancelled.
Useless and unbelievably frustrating
The app works for a little while to see text messages and then it doesn’t. We’re soft, you can turn off their apps but then they can just go to the browser and pull it up through there. If you can’t block the browser and what good is turning off their apps?Customer service is also useless. I have reached out several times but never got a résolution.

Waste of time & money
Tried the week long trial and was going to cancel. Wouldn’t let me cancel, charged my card $220+, and the app does not work like it should. Do not waste your time or your money!
Confusing APP and Process. Needs COMPLETE overhaul
I followed all the instructions and nothing happened. No email. Customer service did respond but the steps they provided were different than app and website. Apparently you have to select “No” when asked if you want the certificate installed. The provided steps aren’t updated with Apples settings. The app needs a full overhaul and the process is cumbersome!
This app is a total joke
Impossible to get working I spent several hours trying to get it working for two different devices and it doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time. They must have paid for these positive reviews
