Tried the week long trial and was going to cancel. Wouldn’t let me cancel, charged my card $220+, and the app does not work like it should. Do not waste your time or your money!
I followed all the instructions and nothing happened. No email. Customer service did respond but the steps they provided were different than app and website. Apparently you have to select “No” when asked if you want the certificate installed. The provided steps aren’t updated with Apples settings. The app needs a full overhaul and the process is cumbersome!
Impossible to get working I spent several hours trying to get it working for two different devices and it doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time. They must have paid for these positive reviews
Terrible app does nothing just down loaded my kids contacts and kept sending me a message that it would updated in 24hrs it never did . Customer support is only email no one to talk to. Don’t waste your time
It’s okay but the app ONLY shows incoming text. It would be nice if I could see outgoing text.
For the last two weeks the content has not been updating correctly, timely, or efficiently. When it does decide to update, it’s only been partially updating. There definitely needs to be an update to fix these bugs.
I almost feel as though this app is a scam just to get information. I cannot get it to finish the setup because it keeps saying my codes are wrong and they aren’t. This is frustrating and I just want my money back. Don’t waste your time or money on this app.
This app doesn’t work and does not have good customer service. We have had it a year and the texts sporadically update and contact names never update. Customer service is no help. Never solved the issues. We will be using a better app that monitors more information.
this is coming from a minor who has saferkid on their phone. personally i hate this app i understand parents want to keep us safe but this is not the way talk to your kid or something just please don’t use this it’s ruined my relationship with my parents i don’t trust them and they don’t trust me.
we set it up and a couple times had to fix configuration issues. but once that was solved it just said texts would show up in 24 hours. they never did which is ok since the app is so expensive
