The app constantly says there’s been a storage issue and I have to go through the process of uninstalling and reinstalling on a weekly basis. Not worth the insane price to have it never do its job. Find another app. This isn’t it.
I couldn’t get the app to work and no one would contact me back from support.
I couldn’t even get it to work and the support documentation was worthless and ran you in very small circles. Also didn’t like the predatory language under the FAQ on what if you couldn’t afford it. Said if you can afford an iPhone you can afford this app, what’s preventing a Sexual assault worth to you? Crazy.
I hate it no one would get it cause your kidsneed privacy so if you get it your a horrible parent!
I cant even have a convo with my best friend because of this app.
I signed up for the trial but I do not see the monthly $14.99 option to subscribe. It has been extremely difficult to receive a response from my emails - I’m hopeful that this app allows me to monitor my daughter’s activity without any need for assistance. I’m rating it for the lack of response from email. I’ll revise if it proves to be a win!
This application was used illegally to scan an adult’s messages among other communications without consent or knowledge. SaferKid tech staff is working diligently to remove the child application installed illegally. Thank you SaferKid staff!
Safer kid is such an invasion of your child’s privacy. To all the over protective KARENS out there this app is sickening. If you get your child a phone in the FIRST PLACE you should TRUST them. The fact that this app is even a thing is horrible
The installation was cumbersome and the capabilities were limited for the insane amount of money they charge. Not very user friendly either. Almost $200/year and we have only one device to monitor. I deleted it within the free trial period and switched to Qustodio. Easier installation, better features, and a tiered subscription based on number of devices. $54/year for us now. 10/5/20 Update...after reviewing my review, I was emailed and asked “if this is a real review” to email the company for tech support. 1) totally a REAL review, 2) they missed the fact that I went with a different app for 1/3 the price and better ease of use. I won’t be emailing tech support, but thank you for the offer.
They block schools apps that kids needs. They should not do that.
