I will never renew my subscription. You can’t ever download the magazine without contacting the customer service first. Wth
The app is very difficult and after upgrading my iPad, I can’t see anything. I have tried every trick they have and nothing shows up. It’s a great magazine, just wish I could see it.
I have a subscription but cannot purchase the latest issue. I contacted Zinio and they want me to use their app. Not yours. Instead it should be fixed on this app. It seems Zinio is trying to get the customers. Never really been a fan of Zinio and I think this app,suffers because of it.
Super content! Each page is mouthwatering; inspiring me to continue and improve my home baking skills. iPad app works much better than iPhone.
I absolutely LOVE the magazine. I’ve tried many of the recipes and they turn out wonderfully. The app, however, is a challenge. My account stopped working on my iPad even though my account is current. But, I can see the magazine on my iPhone. The two devices should be in sync. I hope this is being fixed.
I am so upset about the app and restore issues, I don’t even want to deal with it anymore. It is such a shame because it really is a good magazine. Another lost customer!
Love your magazine. I have both, the digital and the print copies, but I do wish that I didn’t have to restore the digital copy every time I log into the APP though.
I yet again do not have access to my magazines and my subscription does tend till March. No one seems to care considering all the emails, reviews and tweets I have posted and sent regarding this. DO NOT WASTe YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP the magazine is awesome but not the app.
Great recipes that I can convert to gluten free for me and my friends and the articles are very valuable!
