Took 78 dollars without consent
Paid $80 for a whole year and it still won’t let me use premium. The app would be good if I could actually use what I paid for.
Had this for a month or so . Paid top dollar for the app and continue to find simple things that upset me and those are mid-spellings on the app . I figured if it got updated It would stop but it hasn’t . If it was a free app I wouldn’t care but for some reason the continued mistakes make me feel that I did not get my $ worth .
The guided voice is distracting, especially for someone who is visually impaired and relies on sound. But the app is easy and calming.

I’ve been using this app near daily for months and can’t say that it’s improved my well-being. Had it been cheaper I’d probably not write a review, but at the cost I paid for it that adds to the disappointment.
As a therapist I’m always looking for apps on mental health that have benefits. This app is amazing. I was trying it out to see if I would recommend it and found MY thoughts were starting to change. I find myself more positive and less likely to engage in ocd type behaviors. I’m telling every client and therapist I know to check this app out. Completely worth the time and money.
When you have the tools to help people but make it so inaccessible for people who really need it; you contribute to the problem. So thanks for dangling the hope of getting help in front of me for me to learn once again because I’m poor I will be left to the crows.
I’ve been trying to get someone from this company to cancel my subscription for months. Each time they tell me to go to my subscriptions on my phone. It doesn’t give me to option to unsubscribe there & they are basically like “oh well”. Customer service is non existent. Buy beware.
I have tried for years to stop my brain from thinking about negative things but this ACTUALLY works!!! 4 days and I feel significantly better!
