Since using this app I’ve started a fitness routine. This has always lead me to wake up earlier than when I’m not working out which has worried me historically because sleep is so important to health. However, this app has shown me that I’m getting WAY more DEEP sleep, even on one hour less total sleep. My heart rate dips 5-10% more, and I no longer feel guilty for waking up earlier. I’m rested, and no I can see why!
Missing tags such as pain , away from home, slept on couch, hotel etc. Stress and anxiety can be anything- son and husband both had emergency heart problems and so did I , lasting since January. It wasn’t just normal every day stress it could be COVID,a death, depression etc. Still a very excellent app.

I've had this app for a few weeks and have been wearing my Apple Watch SE to bed. I love the data visualization and all of the contextual/educational content and links built right into the app. The only reason I docked a star is because I'd really love the option to add custom tags; while the options are fairly well rounded, there are at least 3-5 things I am logging in a separate habit tracker app that I'd like to see sleep correlations to.
Will this app work with an apple 4 watch?
I got this app and immediately fell in love with the simplicity of it. It’s so accurate it even recorded a quick nap. I also upgraded to pro for a few dollars a month which allows me to input data and get more insight into my sleep patterns and what I’m doing during the day that actually influences my sleep.
I’m a big fan of the app besides the fact that when you go to sleep after turning it on but wake up to the app no tracking my sleep on the watch

My wife and I love this app. One of the first things we do in the morning is compare our sleep scores and at night we are looking for our bedtime alerts. The one thing that is missing is a widget. Any hope in that??
