Changed how it logs my sleep lately

Used to work great, was a huge piece of the puzzle in finding out how much accumulated lack of quality sleep was affecting me and helped me keep myself on track. Lately it’s either not logging my sleep accurately (counts me as being awake when I’m in a light sleep or my heart rate is elevated) or I’m worse off in the quality sleep department than I thought I was

Looking for REM tracking. Fitbit has this and it appears to be accurate. Good info in the app but doesn’t mean much without comparisons which you can’t get without a premium subscription. I will never pay for that - this app needs to get real.

Lots of great information

Good ap works well good information and easy to use. Other variables I wish it tracked are being pregnant, sleepless infant and menstrual cycle.

Stopped working as expected

I’m not exactly sure when it started, but it doesn’t track my sleep even though I’m wearing my watch to sleep. It will sporadically track it but in the past it was 100% tracking sleep every time I wore my watch to bed. Apple health even has data for the nights sleep watch misses and somehow it doesn’t sync. Disappointing and I will not be renewing.

Used to love this app

I used to love this app. Unfortunately, it no longer tracks my sleep or notifies me of how much sleep I got & when to update how I slept and how fatigued I am in the morning. I tried deleting the app & reinstalling it but that did nothing.

Problems with Apple Watch series 7

A week ago I would have given this app a 5 star rating. It’s the best sleep tracker I’ve found and the information and tips have actually helped me improve my sleep habits, especially when I use the premium features…and here lies the problem. I upgraded from the series 4 to the series 7 last week and now there is no way to use the advanced sleep tracking without it COMPLETELY draining the battery. I tested it by charging my watch to 100% immediately before going to bed, it was still dead before my alarm could go off. I think it probably has to do with how it works with the 7’s new “always on” watch face. This is still a pretty great sleep tracking app even without the advanced sleep tracking but it’s a bummer to have paid for premium features I really can’t use anymore. Hopefully they can figure out a way to fix the issue.

Great app. 5 star but needs a tweak

I think it’s amazing app. It works well and gives great insight. My only suggestion would be to allow the user to develop our own tags. I have some tags that could be more meaningful in giving insight into my sleep experience but they only have the canned tags available. That feature would make it five stars plus

Really wanted to like this

But it keeps asking to sync health data but when I go through the process of allowing data access on the health app I reach a blank screen. I have tried reinstalling the app, turning both my phone and watch on and off. Sleeping with the app running on my watch and nothing. Will be unsubscribing and uninstalling.

For several days, SleepWatch overestimated my sleep time. Amber helped me sort that dysfunction. Then for four days straight the night’s sleep report didn’t come through the app on my phone but I did get a fleeting impermanent glance at it on my Apple Watch. Frustrating.
