It seems to be made to keep you awake

This app keeps waking me up. If anything it should let me sleep but instead it sends these dumb alerts that wake you up when you are getting the best sleep. I never asked it to send me notifications while I’m sleep so I’m not gonna ask it to stop. That is nonsense.

I love the dashboards! I like that this app encourages me to log info about my day and evening to help me understand what things might affect my sleep quality. Super cool app!

New Update Needs Work

Sleep insights are glitchy and the app frequently crashes while opening these. The new tags for sleep are much less useful than the previous app version selections - there are less options that apply so it’s hard to tag specific, relevant feedback for sleep insight

i love this app!!! but it would be good if you were able to have a reminder sent to you at a scheduled time before bed.

Get an iPad app already

And allow us to see longer, granular trends for all metrics. This app has so much data but it’s so restricted in how you can view it.

It’s good

I tried it last night for the first time. Make sure you give it full permission to access your health setting for it to work with your watch. I couldn’t figure out this morning why it didn’t work but then I realized I hadn’t done that. It seemed to work okay. I woke up when my husband went to work though and it didn’t register that at all so it makes me wonder how well it is calculating. I woke up and spoke with him and the app said I was in restful sleep at the time. That’s a bit odd. But overall it does work well. I was disappointed Apple watches didn’t track sleep like my old Fitbit for this app is good for those who had that same issue and want a sleep tracking app. Reason for four stars is what an outrageous price for premium! Just make it a one time paid purchase but 30+ dollars a year. Mine currently says it costs 30 but says that’s a limited time year. All for a couple extra features like your watch waking you up when you’re not in a restful sleep. Waste of money, it for sure shouldn’t be subscription based. Just charge like 10 bucks once and more people would probably do it. Overall it’s good though, going to keep trying it out. Maybe it will become more accurate with additional data.

I like how it shows me when I sleep light or deep. It’s been helpful to figure out why my heart rate doesn’t slow down some night.

So off

This app was so frustrating for me. The automatic sleep times it generated were so far off, or if it did overlap the actual time I was asleep it only included a portion of it. I entered my typical sleep time (roughly 1-830am) but it would either choose like 12-3am or 12-3pm to show as my time asleep. I’ve used other sleep apps with much more success, like Sleep++. Even when I deleted this app and downloaded Sleep++ it read the same data (sleep data from my Apple Watch) and showed the correct time.

Pretty good

It's helpful to see the variations in heart beat and the average heart rate during sleep. It's also great to see a graph of the stages of sleep.
