I stopped using when you started charging for extended graph function.
The application works well, have been using for several years. Unfortunately the last upgrade requires a fee if you want to estimate A1C and graph for than a few weeks. Healthcare system, everyone wants our nickel.
I tried several other apps before I found this one and all of them wanted me to create an account. That alone was enough to try this one, but it is really easy to use and has all the features I want.
For me, estimated A1C is an essential feature of an app. I’m deleting the app now that the estimated A1C is no longer part of the free use. Plenty of other apps still offer it for free, and I already pay plenty of money just to live due to my Type 1.
Developer made app for purchase, I use this app for years just s as simple glucose track. I give 1 star and I get something else.
Very disappointed. This was perfect at one time. Your update locked out the main reason for me to use your app. I can no longer track my A1c without a subscription. I might have considered a nominal flat fee but not yearly. I will be looking for another app to use and deleting yours. Very bad decision on your part.
This app was perfect. I have used it for almost a year. It had everything I needed to keep me informed, to chart my progress, and work harder to continue to manage my diabetes. Then it changed. While change is good, in this app’s case, change isn’t good. I lost a1c estimates, I lost a year in the past view—it was awesome to see how far I went from being diabetic to managing my diabetes. Then I lost 90 day view, month view, and now only a week view. I will gladly pay for a subscription to get it all back, but based on the cost of subscribing monthly or annually, it isn’t worth it. Too bad.
Started great. However, as time passes the app removes viewable information if you don’t subscribe to additional services at a monthly price.
I really did like this app; it did everything I could want for monitoring Then They decided you had to pay to get many of the features. To be clear, I don’t mind, or have any problem paying for an app; people deserve to be compensated for their work. However, there’s a like between paying, and overpaying, which is where we are now
This app used to included an estimated A1C calculation. An update changed that to a paid feature. Something that the app used to provide at no cost they now charge $6 per month for! No thank you. There are plenty of other decent apps that do this calculation for free.
