Not Worth the Money
I downloaded this app hoping it would cut down on the number of telemarketers calling me. The 7 day trial period went well. Once the yearly fee kicked in, that’s when things fell apart. I am getting up to 6 calls a day where people do not leave a message. Very little cones through with the identification of the app provider. This is a total waste of money. I cancelled my subscription but am stuck with it for a year. Disappointing.

Not really working-but if you pay more you get the protection you used to get?
I get at least 2 spam calls a day and the app does not identify them as spam-
Decreases robo calls, but needs to be reinstalled too frequently
This app definitely decreases the amount of robo calls I get now. However the app frequently is unable to refresh and requires me to delete the app completely and reinstall. This has been ongoing for so long it should have been fixed by now.
Why (was) I paying, AND manually adding to your database for you?
This service is in need of a serious upgrade. I WAS paying the yearly service fee and I still have to manually add numbers to your database for you! Getting numerous calls daily from erroneous numbers, junk. Still ringing to my phone when asked to go to VM. I’ve missed legitimate important calls because I was too afraid to answer since I have no faith in this company. Go somewhere else, don’t use this company. And I'm sure I’ll get the same canned response to ‘contact them to explain further and for more Information’ if they even reply to this.
What is the point of this app?
After 10 days have received the usual 8-10 spam calls daily, not one of them flagged by NoMo. But same spam numbers are listed on Robokiller site. This app seems to be modern day pet rock.
Doesn’t seem to work
I’m really confused here. A - you have to constantly leave this app running in the background in order for it to work. I don’t really like that I can’t clean up my open apps because of that. B - I just received a call and put it into a browser window to see what came up. Sure enough, Nomorobo comes up saying they know it is a spam number. So I put the number into the lookup screen in the app itself and again, it says they know it’s a spam number and even show the text of the voicemail. Why was this even allowed to ring through if it is a know spam number???
Not bad but not great
I have been using this app, off and on for maybe a year and am currently using it. It does definitely save some, maybe 70%, of robocalls getting through. Main problem? I’ve kept a record and between January 22 2023 and today- April 6 2023, I’ve had to totally delete the app and reinstall it FOURTY EIGHT TIMES!!! I think it seriously gets bombarded then just stops working! I know there’s a max version but my carrier, Consumer Cellular, doesn’t support it. Newer version MUCH BETTER!!! Have not had to reinstall for over a month AND…if it happens to say something like “unable to update “, I’ve still keep it live and eventually it will reset itself. So much better, THANK YOU!! Also would now give it almost 5 stars- much better!!
Has not blocked any robo calls
I purchased the subscription for this app and have used it for a little over a week now and it has not blocked any robo calls. It blocks the test robo call but none that I receive from telemarketers. This app is pretty much useless. I’m going to have to look for another option.
