New Subscription Price
DAZN you just lost another household of watchers! We were original subscribers so, yes we were at $99/yr. First, you promised no PPV and you went back on that promise. But to almost triple your subscription price to a $249/yr is outrageous! Even for those who were later subscribers at $149/yr is still outrageous. We’ve cancelled our subscription and will not be paying your new exorbitant price and we will still be able to find lots of excellent boxing on non-streaming cable stations!

I hate this app I try to call or email someone and no one has answered or contacted me I no longer use this app but they still charge me

Worst customer service
I would have gave it negative stars if it would allowed me. I downloaded the app bought the subscription and a boxing ppv and they didn’t even stream the ppv. They don’t have a number for customer service, everything is done by email. It’s takes forever for them to respond and they are not helpful at all. I asked for a refund and going on two months and they still have not refund me. Worst customer service I have ever experience.
SCAM
This app is a scam. I purchased to watch a fight and wasn’t able to even watch the fight and asked for a refund and have been given the run around for nearly a month. I spent nearly $200 on this app trying to watch the fight and nothing has been done. It was the Canelo, which I had to purchase again through another company jay to watch. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. They will take your money and they have no customer service.
App is great but not for streaming live ppv
Issues with streaming ppv fights and refunds. For archived fights the app is great though
Crooks/thieves
We tried to purchase a pay-per-view fight. When we paid, the payment said declined so we use a different form of payment and again declined. We used a third form of payment, and the payment went through, but the pay-per-view would not play. A week later we saw 3 charges for the same ppv. We opened claims with our banks and they all closed in favor of DAZN. Will never pay for dazn again.
Not worth it
For the monthly price you should not have to pay for PPV fights it’s not worth it .

Streaming quality is terrible. I can barley see what i’m looking at.
