Glitchy
App takes forever to recognize commands. I highlight text and tap fonts and it either never loads or freezes. Highlighting text is difficult won’t highlight properly, either includes text you don’t want or partial. Those are just a couple annoying features, makes posting time go longer. Hashtags are also frustrating to search. You type in a word and the search doesnt exist or it’s not directly given.
Doesn’t work.
I paid for Preminum so I could use multiple IG accounts and the app only supports one 🙄🙄.
Terrible
.Do not under any circumstances purchase this app! I paid for premium, and my account is still showing free, I reached out to customer service and they responded once, but then they never corrected the issue. I sent them four additional messages asking for a refund and they have not responded. I am out $105 and will be requesting a charge back from my bank.
you have to pay
one star because i download it & choose the photo i want to split and when i finish, it says "pay to save it" like??? why did i do the whole thing for me to find out i have to pay? seriously they need to disclose that info at the beginnng not when i finish everything.

Waste of my time tried endlessly to connect and says my correct password is incorrect
DO NOT BUY
Do not buy this app! I have had it for over 2 years. I have the premium version and got kicked out of it a month ago. I have been reaching out to customer service for a month and I am STILL unable to access my account. I had over a month of saved pictures and posts ready on the app and now I am posting day by day for my business. I paid up front for the entire year of premium services and am unable to login or get a refund as the company has just stopped responding to my emails asking for updates. There is no other communication method for customer service, so I went to Later (a competitor) for a better version of these services.
Glitch when changing fonts
I just upgraded to premium the $150 a year account type but the app still has a problem that every time I change the font it has a lag or a glitch that gets stuck. Often I need to shut down the app to continue working and I lose my work.
Terrible app and company
When creating a post for Instagram and clicking the button to share to Facebook it stretches the picture and makes it look absolutely terrible. They want you to pay extra for adding others to a team. Furthermore, I asked for a refund after paying for a years subscription and they won’t give it to me. The company I work for is really unhappy with this app so I will not be using it any longer.
Can’t even log in
I tried 4x to login, giving all permissions, adding my password, and giving the google authenticator code. So much for this app.
Too buggy
Seems to lag, editing text is bothersome. Kept having to close all and log back in. But when I do, the app rearranges all my posts and deletes others. Feels like it me be easier to just post manually then deal with all the issues this app presents
