so irritating
spent $100 on this STUPID app and I love it when it works but you cant save much storage in the app or else it WONT OPEN and will crash. I have had to delete this app twice (lose all of my past video takes) just to make the app work again.

You cannot BEAT Bigvu’s Customer Service! I have never experienced such attentive platform reps as they maintain at BV - so far the app is a one-stop easy to use platform for whatever level of expertise one has when using. Did I say the CS is par excellence?! Get this app!!!!

Saving problem
I’d give this a five star but for how many times I’ve wasted hours with this app losing scripts. It doesn’t auto save and even if you hit “save” thinking you saved it, if you happen to move out of the app without realizing that you didn’t title your script, it’s all gone. It doesn’t save unless you filled in the title box. Spend an hour perfecting a script hit the save button thinking you’re safe only to find that because you didn’t title it it saved nothing. A serious flaw in the design. It’s amazing to me that an app like this isn’t auto save just as with Notes or so many other apps that involve text. At a minimum it should allow you to save by hitting the save button, whether or not you gave the script a title.

Captions feature needs HUGE improvements
Use this for teleprompter-ing successfully all the time. But I was hoping to use for captions synching. The feature right now is incredibly buggy, with a “cannot create preview video” error warning popping up and disturbing work flow every second. Also no real easy way to create and add segments that weren’t automatically generated, at the beginning of a video clip. PLEASE FIX
