Not able to put my weight or height.
I tried another stretching app and dreaded doing it. Therefore rarely if ever accomplished my stretching. I love this app. I love how the stretch routines are short and in the end, I usually end up doing another class. Sometimes it’s hard to “feel” like doing it, but it’s so nice when you just open the app and press play.
I’m excited to start my day this way.
Couldn’t touch me toes before the app
I saw an ad for this app a few months back. I downloaded and started out with the middle split challenge. I was amazed by the results. I didn’t get to a full split, but I was noticeably getting a lot lower than when I started. I’m now doing the 90-day split challenge and it’s going great. I recommend this app. There’s only one thing I would change. There should be a way to see if you did a class before when you open it. But that’s the only thing.
This is a good app and has a lot of stuff to help for splits and more but it takes too long TO LOAD its pain full to watch it load
I love this app, I just wish the subscription was a little less expensive.
After you answer a bunch of questions you will then be forced to pick a pay plan. All of this is done before you actually see what the app has to offer or try anything. Once you do that, it will force you to sign up before you can see anything. You’d be better off just searching up different stretching exercises instead of dealing with all this.
This app wouldn’t let me put my correct date of birth, I couldn’t put November or the year 2008! I didn’t even get to try this app, you guys should fix that, am I too young, is that the problem? This app says that it’s for ages 4 and more, I don’t get it. Fix this please so I can try at least once.
It would be nice if the app was more specific about what props would be needed or helpful for the day and next day. Sometimes it’ll say no props needed then the instructor would say a block or a strap would be helpful during the workout. Or sometimes it’s not specific on how many blocks would be needed.
