Been using Prismas since 2021 and it’s great but yesterday there wasn’t a daily release for me and there isn’t another today. Might wanna fix that
Got app to print out pics after the filter, but the quality that you save them in is horrible. No option to change from what I can find
I think that the app has been updated to take longer to apply the free filters in order to force users to move to the paid version. I could be wrong but now all the free filters take 30-45 seconds to apply whereas they used to take only about 5-10 seconds.
I use Prisma almost every day but it has only crashed crashed crashed since Friday 3/11/22, even after updating with the most recent update. BROKEN …………. 3/16/23 STILL BROKEN ……………. 4/12/22 STILL BROKEN even after inquiry from Tech Support and sending them screen video of what’s happening and an app update. ………… 4/19/22 STILL BROKEN even if new version promises “no hiccups”. At some point, it finally began working again and I used it (paid) for another year. 5/1/23 Suddenly crashing again. 5/3/23 The app opens, I attempt to add a photo and it seems to start to load but then the app crashes. 5/9/23 Hi, it is the Prisma team! Waiting for your letter! 5/10/23 Good support from Prisma team although confusing, is official support via email? the app itself? the App Store? All three were used and fix instructions never specified which. Still, the support was much appreciated since very different from a year ago with the same issue. Deleting and reloading the app fixed the problem, heads up, you lose all your loaded/saved photos but your favorite styles are retained.
I want to cancel this one. It’s too expensive
Yes. It has some wrinkles. It disappeared for a while then came back as a (gasp) pay version. But I got it...it's just plain fun.
Used and enjoyed this app for years I’ve been a paid subscriber for the past year plus Lately there have been sooooo many bugs and most of the “filters” aren’t working for me
this app has been fab for several years but this past week even with the latest update it’s glitchy. some render, some are blank some just pixels. pls fix. i love this app! update: all better. such great response to mine and i see other similar reviews about the glitching. the developers got right on it and repaired the issue. thank you thank you thank you.
I contacted Support last week and they let me know that they knew of the issue with iOS 16.4.1 and that they were working on it. Today I just received an email that said the issue was fixed and now everything works beautifully! Excellent customer service excellent product, for $20 a year. It’s well worth it. I highly recommend this app. This is the first app review I think I’ve ever done solely because of the direct contact. Customer service gave me. I’m very impressed. Thanks for such a cool product guys!!
