After spending 12 minutes on the line with customer service. Uninstalling/reinstalling/changing passwords/logging in online vs the app/finally the rep says they are doing updates and to use the online site for the next 24 hours.
It is almost impossible to find the print edition. Why isn’t there a link from the main page?
It’s impossible to sign in or get immediate help. Having a delivery subscription and digital does little good. I am getting fed up and ready to cancel if things do not improve!!!
I’ve been a subscriber for years, but this app keeps asking me to sign in again and again. Then when I’m trying to sign back in, the wheel spins and spins before I can get signed back in. If y’all don’t get this app fixed I’m going to drop my subscription.
Great up to the minute
I am going. To cancel the paper, after being a faithful subscriber for over 50 years. Each week-at least once, a section of my paper is missing. It is usually on a Tuesday but not always. The comics are in that part, as are the latest food news, etc. I lived in a rural commmunity and receive my paper by mail. I have called local P.O. , The Commmercial office, and spoken with my mail carrier...all to no avail. I looked forward to that paper so much! Now I just fume, wondering if today is “missing section day?” Martha Cook Oxford,MS
