My local area is important to me and the Sun keeps me informed.

I have been unable to resolve several issues dealing with my digital subscription ever since The Sun was taken over by Gannett. I try to access the “my account” link and always get an error message. I can’t get information on my subscription nor how or when I need to review. Very unprofessional.
The app worked fine until the latest Apple update, 14.01. If I click a picture in a story, the app crashes.
Once the login info is entered, it just keeps spinning, never completing the login.
Currently does not work with iOS 14.0. Waiting for an update.

The kitsap sun is a great paper, but the sports sections of the paper never update. Headlines from 3 years ago! I’ve been reporting this for a couple years, no change. App is the slowest loading of any app I have.
Having just moved away after 39 years, I appreciate being kept up. Great look, easy to find the things I want to find.
I love reading the local stories.....even tho I live in Sequim the Kitsap Sun is a great addition to my local news reading. I especially like the stories about the naval port.
