Like the product it represents, this app is more garbage from Gannett. Clunky, poorly designed and prone to freeze ups, it is right on par with its namesake third-rate news product. The sign-in process has always been lousy. Now it won’t get past the user name before freezing. Yep, you have to pay outlandish prices to access the news product and then its app won’t let you do that. Typical Gannett/Gatehouse Media.
I love being kept up to date on our area and all of the alerts of what is happening.
I enjoy the print edition more, but for a quick update this is ok. For two months the print edition did not load all the way and I was unable to read it. Three times I tried to redo the app, waited 12 minutes or more on the phone to talk to someone and eventually gave up. Finally the app is working and I’m able to enjoy it. Also, due to my failing eyesight the audio is a welcome asset. Mrs. Jo Ann Toro
For the last couple of months I have had nothing but trouble with the print edition app. It freezes all the time. I have deleted and reinstalled several times. Are you ever going to make this work correctly? Frank Borden

Your app no longer works with IOS 14. I have confirmed this with multiple users. Can it be updated please?

If you’re looking to move to iOS 14 and have this app work...don’t. Since updating the app crashes every single time. Uninstalled and reinstalled with no change. App needs updating.
Do not download if you are using iOS 14, as this app is rarely updated and will crash upon use.
Keeps freezing up. I have to keep signing in and then it says that I need to subscribe. I’m on an auto pay subscription. Getting fed up.
