They keep advertising a flash sale for 39.99 for a year, but when you click on it, it wants to charge you 69.99. Sent 3 emails asking for help and they never responded.
Wow! Just tried to read subscriber content, the content Naples News charges well above what other news services charge and for that I get an app that has signed me out on all devices after the update. I cannot sign back in although support said my account is active. Only advice I get is to reinstall the app and on the one device I tried that on the app will no longer download. On another device I selected update from the App Store and am asked repeatedly to enter my Apple password. When I ask support if there is an issue they just say they have not been told there is an issue........not helpful!
The login is having constant problems and some days recognizes me as a Subscriber and some days it doesn’t. Frustrating! App works well but stories do not change from day to day like a paper. The app also doesn’t have all the stories of the paper. Feels like get highlights and ads.
The world of unbiased news reporting is over. Biased anti-Trump reporting is not what I am seeking. Yellow journalism is alive and well with gannett.
This app doesn’t let you cancel subscription. Please add that option instead of calling in or emailing. Thank you Claudio Pedraita 513-235-9517

Trying to review my account is useless. After I enter my email and password the site just loops back around to the sign in page. Bad!
The Naples Daily News app is easy to use. I setup updates so that I can see breaking news. Sometimes the headline is all I need, but if I desire more information I read it all. Thanks!
