Whenever I listen to songs in my library the playlist disappears the next time I open my app, resetting my current playlist. Very annoying.
This app needs a serious update on stability. It won’t play through an entire song with out randomly playing something else.
It’s a good music app, the only thing I have a problem with is when I download music from my playlist. When I try to listen to music from the library or listen to songs that I search for and it doesn’t let me. It keeps saying host name server can’t be found and it also messes with my phone’s service and I can’t use other apps until I restart my phone.
Yea it looks nice and everything but it lags all the time and I can’t add songs to the library!!!! It says added but it’s not there then a minute later it will say add to library as if I never did so I do it again and again but only works 1/10 times!! SUPER FRUSTRATING APP!!! Will be switching to Spotify asap
This app fails to play music way too often. I downloaded music thinking it might be a network issue but locally saved fails to play as well. Apple Music needs to be deeply discounted and labeled beta in its current state.
Spotify is better
Here kitty kitty! Apple Music makes me purr!!!
How is it posible that this “feature” is available for android users but not for iOS? In addition there’s a bug that stop’s the music for some HQ lossless tracks when the screen locks. Please fix. And please copy Spotify’s end of year data recount. Apple was the standard on software a couple years ago but lately it’s been lacking behind a lot.
Please add cross fade to Apple Music. I have Apple Music on android and I noticed it has cross fade, but it’s not on iOS. Kind of a bummer that android has a feature that iOS doesn’t.
After decades of collecting music thought my library would be safe in the apple music cloud. All i did was try to change my Apple ID from Canada to the USA where i now reside and made it clear from the outset of the transfer request that i only wanted to go this route if my music would be safe. This was communicated in the title of my customer service request. Spent lots of time throughout the process with customer service communicating this and it was confirmed that after completing a backup i would later be able to download my entire library after my ID was switched over. It took a multitude of contacts to achieve the id transfer and i continually repeated that my music integrity was very important. After several hours of moving through a frustrating process the ID was transferred. But only about 1 pct of my music came back. Literally almost my entire life library was missing. Attempts to resolve this issue have been unsuccessful including one experience with a senior advisor named Ryan who simply said more or less "nothing we can do switch back to Canada and see what happens". No attempt to help facilitate nor escalate the situation were made. Why is this guy a senior advisor? Can i talk to your boss? "No he doesn't take calls" Yesterday a level 1 customer service rep Sara went above and beyond and tried to connect me and a Canadian service rep to jointly confront the problem, but kept having technical issues and couldn't get us all on at the same time. The call kept dropping and eventually she said Canada was advising not to transfer to Canada as it wouldn't resolve the situation. At least she tried but how is this not in an ongoing process of resolution discovery? Apparently there are 30 days from this past week during which time my decades of work collecting music still exists in a cloud somewhere before it is permanently deleted but until now nobody seems to know how i can get it back. Devastating loss and incredibly disappointing customer experience cannot be any more upset at the prospect of losing a life of collecting and organizing music. Please help @Apple
