So let me get this straight... you want to charge $10 a MONTH for a service that doesn’t even give me a true HD image when casting to my tv. I have cox cable coax. internet service getting a 120 mbps download and 10.5 mbps upload off of WIFI alone. I use Chromecast WITH their Ethernet adapter so my setup is hardwired. Image when casting is lesser than SD quality. For $10 a month... COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
Went thru the hassle to sign up for service. Downloaded app. Can’t log in. Can’t reach server. Not worth time , money, and hassle.
Good content but poor performance. On the apple version of the app I try using air play and it crashes/drops frequently. It also resets to a default lower video quality every time. Tried the amazon app and it is missing several episodes of shows I want to watch. Not worth the $, not even close.
App is okay. However signing up and logging in is awful. Customer service is impossible to deal with since you can only email them and can hardly get an email back. Now I have been charged and I still don’t have access to watch anything.
This app freezes on you every five minutes. You have to keep telling the video to continue playing after every five minutes. Also if you bring up the video quality the menu will stay frozen on your screen until you turn off the tv or exit the app. I’m on my 7 day free trail and I will not be sticking around for the yearly subscription.
They charged my credit card twice last year never made it right if I could I would rate it minus ten for service I had asked them to make it right they never did so I guess they lost a customer for life i enjoyed the content never really had to much problems with the app content gets a four star just be very careful with them

Love this app as I can watch what I want and when I want. The quality is great. I think the low quality reviews being written is all based on your provider and connection.
I am using the app on ani iPhone XS Max and it works beautifully! Not sure why so many others are having problems. Love the app and all of the shows. Also have it on Roku and love it there as well. Great for the price.
