Do not use!! I was charged $50 after the free trial (which I never used when I realized it wasn’t for me) not once did I receive a reminder or any type of notification that my trial was ending soon (like all other apps do). You’d think for $50 they would at least give you a heads up. Customer service will not refund you if you do not cancel in time.
No refunds; no number to call for assistance in anything regarding one’s account. Extremely confusing to one who wants to delete her account, and little to no assistance given. Regret downloading.
I’m a teenager trying to lose weight because I’m overweight by about 15 pounds and my doctor said that it’s not good for me. I obviously can’t afford to pay for workouts but I thought that there would be a free workout option ( only with less benefits ). I think that it’s really messed up that you guys don’t offer free workouts to people, they might not be able to afford it. This is why people don’t like working out; you have to pay to stay healthy. I think that that is sad. thanks
I love the overall concept. However when you try to skip recovery times or a specific exercise it messes up and just keeps playing the same exercise over and over. It won’t let you complete the workout either. Wish this worked for the $30 I spent.
The app is amazing. But I’m tired of having to hear the same song each time so I just play it through my music app instead. I wish I could build my own routine (leg day, arm day, abs day). I also wish if I wanted to skip a workout, it didn’t just go on to the next and count that workout. I wish it would give me another alternative. Some days I’m not in the mood for certain workouts and I don’t feel like I’m striving for the best if a workout it skipped and not replaced. Also the run should start off as a jog for beginners. I already hate running, and working out but I’m willing to for my health and mindset and it’s deceiving you’ve made this app into a one size fits all. I don’t have the usual gym equipment yet I need it to fit my needs. Do better please, and remember ONE SIZE does not fit all.
I’m pretty active so I started on level difficult. I am feeling stronger, more balanced/supported and more flexible since I tried Fitonomy the first time a month ago. My girls told me about the app after seeing an Instagram promo. There is a clear expert foundation in the design of strength training, active stretching and slow, controlled movement with a time factor and visual cue. Every day is a push, but just the right amount. I like how they ask you to reflect on the day being too easy, just right or too difficult and allowing you to modify. I do change a few exercises slightly like burpees to be gentler on a past joint injury. I use the 360 degree views at times to double check form. I also find useful the practical exercise + diet/recipe combo. I’m staying challenged, am hooked, it really fits my needs! Consistency is everything and I find myself looking forward to the daily workouts and the surprise they bring! It’s fun!
The worst app I’ve used in a while.
Workout was great quality by timer function was off and it wouldn’t complete so it didn’t log my workout today. :(
I wish this can be connected to my Apple Watch
Browsed the app for 30 min and decided that it is of no use. Don’t waste your money! The sims fake people are annoying! No description on how to do the work out. The workouts are all the same. Waste of software development.
