I would rank the company 3 out of 5 stars. Great idea and I have use their services for almost a year. We had a lot of communication problems, system crashing, and not everything work properly in their system. For example, contracts could not be sign by the clients, reports could not downloads, projects tabs did not work properly. The worst part is their customer service. They do not put priority on things when need to be fix, and when you are running a business and clients are waiting for you to fix the problem with their contract, or other technical issues it looks bad on your part as a business that it takes so long. They only have customer service over chat, and conversation that could have taken 10 minutes turned into 3 days because the company has no urgency for customer support. I would suggest going with a different company. I would consider them again after they put priority to their own customers, as a business owner, I do and that is why I am currently looking for other options to switch to a similar and better system and cancel my curretly monthly subscription.

I wish the app had features to be able to edit your templates and docs on the go
I’m looking for a way to generate CONTRACTS, not invoices. I can already do that on Pages for Free. Useless. I mean, yes I know how to blow up the image. But that still only gives me a MAXIMUM working size of about 1110 x 1960 lines of resolution. This is pathetic, considering we have we have 2266 x 1488 to work with. Even at the unreasonable size they give you when you lazily blow up the image in portrait mode, we’re only getting (based on the iPad Mini 6s pixel density @ 3.35” x 6.00” = 6,552 pixels). Considering this, we’re getting a fraction of the ‘real estate’ that we should. Since this is an app which would benefit from a larger screen size to use, in Every Aspect, there’s NO REASON you wouldn’t offer an iPad version. Lazy, and Pathetic.
I have had it with this platform. I used to love it but now simple features like choosing how I allow my clients to pay has been messing up. Funny this started happening as soon as you upped your credit card fees. No one will fix the problem. Honeybook worries about updating their logo (which is ugly now) instead of fixing serious problems. My emails haven’t been sending which is….. just perfect, thanks for making me lose out on 10k of potential clients Honeybook! You have have become despicable and I’ve yet to receive an offer for compensation. I’m currently testing out new crms and can’t wait to say goodbye to you Honeybook. For what I pay, you all are absolute crooks and you clearly don’t care about your customers. SHAME ON YOU.
This will be 5 stars but all of my projects have milestones. It’s been advertised to be coming soon since like August :( would be so helpful if we could put that in the next rollout.
Love everything it has done for my business! Best move I’ve made for my photography business!!! But this is my formal complaint the new logo is so ugly I want to delete the app off my phone so I don’t have to see it.
I liked the original font and appearance better. It was unique, classy, and feminine without being childish. Can we get that version/ appearance back?
