Was on day 68 of 86 of my 3 month subscription. Super disappointing when you use this app daily to help keep you and track and active. Emailed their support team but they’re super slow getting back to you. Not sure what to do at this point.
Bought a subscription to this app and it won’t let me access my workouts. It keeps taking me to a subscription page and saying I already have one, but, if I click that I already paid, it says I didn’t. I like the workouts and enjoyed doing them, but, now I can’t access anything with this app and no one is getting back to me.
I’ve been using this app and paying for 9 months, I updated the app and now it will not let me log in.. it says I need to subscribe. But when I go to my subscriptions it’s in there and I’m still paying for it! All my progress lost!
I actually like this app for the most part, however there is some disappointment. The ask questions concerning physical limitations however the workout routine doesn’t accommodate the limitation. Example I have bad knees and my workout routine will include lunges, and when I attempt to modify the move I am only given the option alternate lunges. This can become discouraging for me at times. Also finding a contact on this app to reach out to should be easily available.
I downloaded this app during quarantine and started a workout plan. I really like the variety and how you can customize to gym or home.. but the work outs are so repetitive. I followed a plan for 1 month, with 3 leg days per week, and EACH leg day had 2 of the EXACT same exercises. So I was doing some of the same exercises multiple times a week for a month straight. Also, the other 2 days with planned exercises were working back both days (plus either biceps or shoulders). So i was going back and forth between similar leg exercises, and back days mixed with shoulders or biceps. As someone coming from about 2 years in the gym following a variety of workouts, this got very boring for me very fast... i dropped the program after 1 month. But there’s a lot of different options in the app, I think it could be really good for someone in the early stages of their fitness journey.
During the COVID crisis, I am fortunate to have tried the app for free thru GMA. While it offers an “At Home” option, it really means if you have a full gym at home. I don’t have a weight bench, exercise ball, leg extension machine... there are modifications, but for my workout all of the mods were the SAME exercise (hip thrusters). Won’t be working for me while at home. Disappointed.
This app put my macros so low, I went into adrenal fatigue. I reached out to the support team who verified the app was incorrect and we discussed a refund. I later inquired about my refund and was later told refunds are not issued for apps. What kind of company recognizes they have caused harm to a client but then takes back their promise of a refund. This company does not care about you and will put money over your health.
The app is going through the one minute cycle of speed up/slow down every 5-7 seconds rather than one minute intervals. I’ve closed it, opened it and no fix. Wasn’t doing that before the app refresh.
Overall great app for diet & exercise, but I really want to see my fitness tracker & how many calories I’ve burned each day.
Beware!! I sent an email to customer support back in August requesting that they cancel my account, and they have charged me twice since. They make it difficult to cancel and continued to charge even though I am not using the app.
