Irritating that I cannot access the online owners manual in the app until I’m connected to the device

Really awesome idea. And it does get you close but it seems the repeatability of “level” is not quite there. Pretty sure that has more to do with what the app is reading than the app itself but that is splitting hairs. It just doesn’t quite do what it’s supposed to.

I purchased a camper that already has the levelmate pro it won’t work there’s no on/off switch no instructions can’t get anywhere on the website because it keeps trying to connect up with my iPhone 12 !!! Need some information/instructions on how to hook it up and use! Help
Loved at first, now not working

For the first year, the LevelMatePRO worked great. Since then, I’ve been having connectivity problems. It’s as if it won’t connect at a range greater than 5 feet away. I also wish, when it did work, that there was an Apple CarPlay app. I know that the back up camera would override the screen, but a lot of times. I’m pulling forward when I’m trying to get level.
Apple Watch add on rip off

After paying to have the app added to my Apple Watch, you will find out that the Watch will not work without being close to a phone attached to the device, and running the app. If I need to have my phone with me, why in the world would I pay $16 to put it on my watch??

It’s great when & if it works. Our unit came pre-installed & hard-wired on our 2022 travel trailer. It worked a couple of times & I thought it was the best thing since sliced bread, but now cannot even get it to connect to the app. Tried turning trailer batt off & on based on recommendation from customer service as well as reinstalling app but no joy. If it was a AA batt unit I would seek refund, but that’s not an option since it’s hard-wired. Just not dependable.

I used to spend 12-40 minutes trying to get my RV perfectly level. With this app and hardware I’m able to get level within 2-7 minutes. My only complaint is that it disconnects when my lock screen appears and then I have to reconnect. Overall great app but the connectivity needs improvement.

I can’t believe some of the reviews. After using the LevelMatePRO+ for over a year now with no problems. Unlike some reviews it connect from the front of my trailer to the cab of my F250 with no problems. I have been RVing for a long time now and don’t know how I would ever go back to leveling without this product. Just read about the update and what a great idea to add the flashlight. You are doing a fantastic job!

We love how it works and it was easy to install and learn. The user agreement has been updated and clarified and resolved. This system makes setting up so much more pleasant. After two months we will see next week how the hitch height memory has held up.

Purchased approx. 2 yes ago for Class B camper van. Has always worked great. Makes leveling very easy.
