Very clunky
This app is very clunky.
Bug filled ripoff
If I’m paying a monthly subscription, I expect the app to work. Not have to resign in multiple times or delete and redownload. Also, it charges minutes for attempting to connect a video or phone call. So over the course of a month you may waste 20 of your minutes. Not bad when it’s working, but it hardly ever works right.
Documentation
I don’t know why I didn’t think about using an app like this more seriously until now. But the fact that all communication is documentable, and cannot be deleted, is valuable to say the least.
Love the website but hate that you have to pay to use the app
I really dislike that you have to pay to use the app. The cost of video calls and phone calls is excessive.
App won’t let me log in on phone or desktop
I keep getting an error message when I try to log in. I have contacted support and haven’t received any reply to my email and there is no other way to contact support. I have been happy with the app until now. Please fix this issue ASAP!
It’s just ok
I like having a record of the communication with my ex. However, when we established this method of communicating thru the court there would be notifications of a new message, just like a regular text. It’s been well over a year that this feature has failed to work properly. Even after several updates. It’s disheartening to pay this much for an app that doesn’t work as it should. I can’t change the method without getting lawyers involved, so I have to stick with this faulty method.
Need to have a tone meter, don’t recommend this app
It would be great if you had a tone meter or tone analyzer to help keep the conversation from getting hostile, my Ex wants to continue using this app because if doesn’t have that so he can message me any way he wants and how ever he wants to talk with it saying he is being hostile. I recommend other to go to “our family wizard” that co parenting app has a tone meter and you can add our attorney to your message if you need be.
