My 6 year old loves this app. He reads the dialogue while the audio is playing and finds the stories very entertaining. Most of them are silly. This app is a creative way to attract young readers and get them reading without their conscious effort.
Have many originals books for kids and it’s free
I use the age 2+ path and I have to say. These might be the worst stories I have ever heard. It might be helpful for learning to read and turning off the narration.
I can’t believe there aren’t more reviews! This app helped my son learn how to read and spell. The stories are great, varied, funny, sometimes a little weird but overall well worth the $.
Extremely disappointed this app perpetuates binary gender stereotypes through profiling and colors. It’s not 1958, Amazon.
Will not show you price unless you download the app. For that and that alone will use different product. If you go to the website makes you come back here to download.
Trying to find stories for my young kids is a nightmare by itself. Where are you getting this junk? It sounds like people are just writing these stories as they talk. The voices are obnoxious, the stories are banal at best and scary at worst. Booooo
My daughter loves this app and for the most part loves the stories. Her profile is set for 5 and under. A couple of stories she has come across has left her in tears. Tonight’s story has her in my bed afraid to sleep alone. Stories of scary pet shops and animals eating people are not really appropriate for her age group. :(
Amazon Rapids in my house has caused a little bit of a problem... MY KIDS ONLY WANT TO READ!!! (Haha!!!) I’m amazed! My 2 non-readers don’t want to stop! The only trouble is fighting over who gets it first. My 7 year-old who struggles with reading, is so pleased that she read THIRTEEN books today “by herself!” ❤️
I do not like the format. The books are not great.
