Once great app, now useless
I used this for years and loved it. Best app for learning to play all kinds of songs. I’d get lost in it, play for hours. But now it’s completely worthless unless you’re willing to pay for it. I’m not. A 3 song limit is ridiculous. If you’re looking for something similar to what this app used to be, try chord.ai
Spent 10 bucks to find out it only did basic chords
I was hoping to learn some of the more complex chords and be able to export midi, but after a 9.99 subscription fee, I looked up a song and found it only did the basic chords. Another app will do the complex chords but won't export midi, this one does. I guess I will keep searching.
Too expensive. Will not be renewing
I enjoy the app but the cost is way to high as an annual subscription. After 2 years, I will not be renewing. Unfortunate because I like it a lot but, hey, money is money and things are getting tight.
No longer good
1 out of 3 songs now?? Really? I really loved using this app to learn and play along to songs but now I can’t anymore. I’m disappointed..
Great service with developers listening to what users want
AI can’t be perfect but this is still really impressive. This is an amazing aid when figuring out a niche song and is also a lot of fun to just rock out on if you’re bored. Developers respond to issues and complaints with haste too.
Chord options
This is a pretty cool app to play advanced “guitar hero” on. It would be awesome if they recommended different options for chords besides the “cowboy chords” located at the top of the neck. someday soon, some company’s gonna figure out how to accurately transcribe the chords without so many mistakes. When that day comes, I’ll switch over to it. Until then, I’ll continue to use this.

This app caused me to start playing the piano again after many years away from it. It’s a lot of fun.

This app is the best to learn play guitar…. I try different guitar apps but nothing different plus boring methods to learn…🤦🏻 BUT CHORDIFY ITS AWESOME BECAUSE IT WILL TEACH YOU EXACTLY THE RIGHT WEY TO PLAY GUITAR WHEN YOU PLAY THE SONG AND LOVE IT AT THE SAME TIME YOU PLAYING THE GUITAR AND LEARN…. 💯 % I HIGHLY recommended the app ONE MORE COSTUMER SATISFIED..!🎸🎸🎸🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🎶🎶🎶
The free version is completely unusable
There’s constantly pop ups asking you to pay a ridiculous amount for this app, and I can’t click out of them. The chord charts are absolutely useless because it doesn’t say what part of the lyrics it applies to.
Broken record with the freemium bit
App used to be good. Now it’s pay to play literally. 3 songs is a silly limit, I don’t even use the app anymore. What’s to maintain? It really doesn’t make sense. P.s. You know people can screen record their favorite songs and just delete you right?
