As far as disc golf apps go this is it. I would like to ask if you (UDisc) could an arrow on the blue dot? It’s a little difficult trying to navigate a new course when it’s trial and error trying to find the next tee pad cause the course ain’t up to par. I hope that made sense. Thanks.
This app is great. I love seeing my stats on each individual hole at my favorite courses. The throw measuring tool is cool, and I’ll use it every so often for long drives/putts. Unfortunately disc golf pins change, so sometimes the app isn’t updated. It allows you to update, but not something you can do if you’re trying to get a quick round in. The ONLY thing I can think that I’d like to see in this app is a more social component. You can add friends to sync scoreboards in a round, but I’d really like to see my friends’ hole-by-hole stats beyond just the course final score leaderboard. Like how did you get that score MARK???
C’mon UDisc. Imagine this: You use the app to find a new course, you look through the layouts available and make the trip. So you get out there, birdie a few holes and start a scorecard. But where is holes 3 tee pad? Given that you have started a round you can no longer access the overall course map nor can you access the hole by hole maps... This is ABSURD. Also, when you are scoring a round the “hole #” is tiny. On my phone when you switch holes the visual feedback is just a few pixels 5 vs 6 and there is just a ton of wasted space on the page, especially if you are playing with less than 8 players on your scorecard.
The title says it all.
The actual course layout rarely matches the layouts offered in the app. When I try to add the current layout, to offer the correct version and make the app useful to players, the app rejects it.
What an awesome app. This is like Letterboxd for disc golf. I love how you can log all of your discs and keep track of scores, stats, courses played, etc. The only thing I think it’s really missing is the ability to see other players’ profiles and stats. I’d like to be able to see my friends’ stats when I click on their name. Other than that, this app is basically perfect.
Suggestions: Add more social features. You should easily be able to see a friend list, get notifications when a friend plays, be able to ask all disc golf friends if any want to come out to the course and see estimated arrival times, be able to watch their scorecard live, and send and receive messages to them as they play. Also, a way to organize adhoc events, where all players use Udisc, and can see scores live, see when another player got an ace, and maybe assist with payout calculations.
Good app on tracking but after a few rounds requires you to monthly subscribe to use it at all. Many other apps that are just as good for free use. Don’t waist your money.
Great app must have for disc golfers
Easy to use, has everything you need, along with great customer service.
