I would give this app a 5 star but i wish it had a spanish option. My clients are a mixture of english and spanish. I have to constantly change the reminders.
Me encanta la aplicación pero ya no, no me deja aceptar las citas. No me envia los mensajes automatizados. En general un desastre. No tienen servicio al cliente y por email no responden. Lamentablemente la estare desintalando.
A week ago this app was amazing! Now, it requires you to add a service and asks me to log in using my Apple ID! Change it back and I’ll write a good review. Stop adding restrictions! The world wants least restrictive!
I NEVER leave reviews, let alone on apps lol but honestly this app has been amazing! I love how customizable the automatic texts are and even better it supports Spanish language feature Such as date formate. Amazing!
I have been using this app for a few months now. At first it was great. My husband and I own our own business and are always going in two different directions, so we needed a calendar that synced with any changes that either of us made. ***Note: I had to pay for this option. With an update they made we lost all syncing capabilities. I reached out to them, they never responded. They have since made other updates that have not fixed this issue at all. Then we received a message through the app that our calendar is still saved in the cloud. Excuse me! What good does that do me when our devices still don’t sync! I have tried logging out of both devices and logging back in, I have even deleted the app and reinstalled it hoping that this would resolve the issue. Nope! Even though it will update both devices they still don’t sync when changes are made. I will be looking into other apps as this is a vital part of business for us. Very disappointing. UPDATE: So after about three months of trial and error they finally got to a solution for the syncing issue. The one thing I am still unhappy about is it took a negative review to get these guys on the ball. However once they did they were on top of it until the issue was resolved. The roll out with the Goldie app was smooth and now a year later I am still using the app. And I am happy to report I am very happy with it.

There always updating. They went from $1.99 to $19.99. There always bugs. Things don’t function the way the should. They used to be great 3 years ago.
This is absolutely egregious. Appointfix was my primary scheduling app. I have appointments in the calendar out as far as six months. When I did the update to Goldie every single appointment was deleted from my calendar. There is no phone number to call and now I am waiting for an email response and I have no idea how long that will take. Neither I nor my clients know the schedule for tomorrow. An absolute disaster.
My app updated from (Appointfix) to Goldie. I’m doing so it deleted all of my upcoming appointments so now I have no idea what my schedule looks like. I’m extremely dissatisfied and in a scramble to message the clients that I do remember I have coming up. If this can be fixed I will continue to use Goldie but if I cannot get my appointments back I will find other apps.
