As an LMT I have found this to be just the thing I need to help balance the demands of my profession! I have shared this app with several of my clients now; I can’t stop raving about it! Hopefully someone reading this will benefit from trying it out! Keep up the great videos Asana Rebel, you’ve got me hooked! 🙌🏼
Horrible app. Never works. Does not work on Laptops. No customer Service and cannot contact anyone. Does not return your email. Stay away
I have tried dozens of at-home workouts during the pandemic. This one is exhilarating, healing and relaxing all the same. Best instruction and experience I have done. Bravo to you.
Once you purchase and if you hit full year (by mistake) there is no way to cancel. This is outrageous! A week into this app and I don’t like it, but here I am stuck for more than $35. It is the principle of it. So frustrated.
I like the yoga workouts. But i would like to see more variety in them and the food areas. Currently there are only about a dozen to choose from. Also, an easier way to remind and track water intake.
I have always been a runner, but I recently decided to add something extra into my routine. This app provides me with challenging, fun workouts! I can feel my body getting stronger and more toned, and I am gaining flexibility!
Loving the mini classes, but disappointed that none of the recipes have ingredient amounts.
These people will automatically bill you and make it excessively difficult to cancel your accout. BEWARE.
The workouts in Asana Rebel are really great, especially if you need a short but effective one, and to supplement other kinds of exercise. I’m starting this again after losing conditioning so looking forward to building up strength with this. One thing I am missing is, at the end of the workout it will say “wait for the cool down” and then nothing. I will have to look through the workouts myself to find something which may or may not equate to a “cool down.” Perhaps I am remembering incorrectly, but I thought the last time I subscribed that it automatically linked to a cool down? I can do it myself, I have done my own “cool downs” but that’s not what I’m paying for. Also, written to support at least three times with simple questions (that I think I might have figured out just don’t have the answer i am looking for but don’t know). I have never received a response. For an app with paid content and a subscription I find that terrible customer service. I feel like they dropped the ball on this app, not the fault of the trainers who designed the workouts - which are a pretty great combination of yoga and strength training that you do not see many other places.
The Asanas in this app are not for beginners. It’s very difficult to follow and there is no free trial period. For me it’s not a good use of my money as I don’t see refund policy
